The Carriage House in downtown Bayfield Sleeps 4. Walk to everything in Bayfield within 2-4 blocks. Private keypad entry. Free WIFI. 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Futon separated by a cloth partition and no doors. Full bath room with shower. Flat Screen TV & WIFI, Queen Bed’s separated by a cloth partition. (see pictures). Park one vehicle in your own private parking spot by front door to Carriage House. (This is a duplex with Hendrickson House listing 1685974 in case you want to invite family or friends)
At Carriage house, Just 4 steps to well-appointed kitchen and bath with shower. Arrive and walk right in with your private door code. Back door leads out to a small lawn area. This fully furnished condo is in the heart of Bayfield just steps to shops, museums, restaurants, walking trails and more. Just 3 blocks to the main harbor dock in Bayfield and the Madeline Island Ferry. You will love our super clean and well decorated Carriage House in downtown Bayfield, Wisconsin.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute.
Please note that VRBO will not allow us to message you with our email address and if we attempt to do so, they will block the email out. This must be done within 1 hour of making the reservation on VRBO. We will attempt to text you as well. After we receive we will then email you from our email the arrival instructions, door codes, and any applicable parking permits to print and bring to your accommodation on date of your arrival.

Being able to park in a driveway was nice with limited parking in the area, however watch your step as you get out since the ground is not level. Adjoining renters above are loud. We had to clean bugs off floor when we arrived and there are no handrails on steep steps so be careful. We had to go to town to purchase extra napkins and paper towel as there was not enough Lodging was very close to shops and within walking distance to restaurants and cruises/ferry

Fabulous Location

Family of three stayed at the Carriage House over Fourth of July weekend. Perfect size for us. The location is so convenient, especially with a dedicated parking spot. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in Bayfield.

Great location

Nice place located near everything in Bayfield. Nice bathroom and kitchen located 3 steps down to lower level. Good temperature control, decent linens, modern kitchen. Management answered our questions quickly. Would stay here again.

Extraordinary

A cozy carriage house , well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location to shoreline, shops, cruise was all easily accessible by walking everywhere! We truly felt safe and comfortable, and would happily refer others to this location in beautiful Bayfield !!

Quick stay in the heart of Bayfield, WI

We were in town for a concert at Big Top. Communication was excellent, check-in was easy, the property was clean and parking was convenient. Walking distance to most of what Bayfield has to offer.

Our Bayfield Getaway

We came to Bayfield purposefully after the AppleFest to avoid some of the crushing crowds. We appreciated the text that notified us of an early check-in opportunity but we had some stops on the road, so didn’t get there in time to take advantage of that. The communication emails prior to the trip were very concise and nicely organized. The property is well represented in the VRBO listing. There were no surprises, and we were quite pleased wiith everything. We wanted a place that was fairly spacious yet somewhat private and close to downtown, and all of these features were provided by our stay at the Carriage House. We appreciated the off street parking and the full featured kitchen was wonderful. The space was cozy, yet spacious at the same time. We were able to relax and really enjoy our stay. My wife and I would stay there again when/if the opportunity arises.

this harbor town on Lake Superior. The Carriage House is an exceptional property located in downtown Bayfield. Great people, great shops, great restaurants, great fishing guides, great boat tours of the Apostle Islands and light houses, great kayaking, great cross country skiing and down hill sking (just 3.5 miles south of Bayfield, great dog sledding, great concerts at the Big Top. Come visit and see what we see daily! You will love Bayfield.

Very well appointed with private coded entrance (so you may arrive any time without having to go to an office and pick up a key or drop a key off when departing).
1 Bedroom Queen separated by a partition and a Queen sofa sleeper, flat screen, central AC, Heat, WIFI, and a kitchen well stocked with all the cookware, dishes, silverware, coffee, filters, paper towel and more. You will absolutely love The Carriage House in downtown Bayfield, WI.

Private driveway just steps from the entrance door on flat ground. Coded entrance (code given after you reservation is completed) As you enter The Carriage House you walk into a small living room area with Queen Futon Sleeper, table, light, flat screen TV and just beyond the partition find the Queen Bed with an Armoire. Wale to the back of home and down 2 steps, find a back door out to a small lawn area with trees & shade. Down 2 more steps and you are in the very well appointed and decorated kitchen. The bathroom with tub & shower is located just off the kitchen.
