Everything you would need for a stay in Knoxville. Great Location. Walking distances to great restaurants, live music venues, museums, University of Tennessee, Art Galleries, and parks.
Clean, open layout.
Comfortable one bedroom one bath apartment with a fold out queen sofa. Relax and read, or hit the town. Located on Market Square with two entrances, one on the Square and one on the street with an elevator to go to your apartment. Very secure.
Two entrances, one on Wall Avenue with elevator access and the other on the pedestrian plaza of Market Square
Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

Great location! Loved washer and dryer in the unit. Bed and pillows were comfortable. All basic necessities were provided. 2nd time staying here and we will be back.

Great location and such a fabulous space! I doesn’t get any better than this for Knoxville. From check in to the actual stay to checkout everything was seamless. The host communicated very promptly with any questions I had.

Great property and location. It was clean, extremely convenient, and the perfect location for activities downtown and at UT. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place! Everything was clean and cozy, making our stay very comfortable. Can’t beat the hospitality. This is our go to spot when in town.

Great location!! The apt was very well appointed and spotless on arrival. It had everything i needed for a month long stay. If i return to Knoxville, i will look no further than this building. It had everything: location, cleanliness, supplies... you name it.

We could not have ever gotten a better Tennant than James.
He respected the unit and left the unit he stayed in for a month it BETTER than guests that have stayed only two nights.

Supremely well located next to hundreds of award-winning restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, history museums, and boutique shopping of all kinds, this is the perfect place to stay for those who wish to immerse themselves in downtown Knoxville history and culture. A fair good amount of the places in downtown Knoxville are locally owned and operated, so you can really get a feel for our southern hospitality.

All our beds are Queen size beds. We do have pull our sofa in some locations as well as futons in a couple of Living rooms. Please check with the individual units for further details.
How do we get into the unit?
Approximately three days before check-in a welcome guide will be sent to you giving you the code for the FOB box which will get you into both doors of the building. The entrance on Wall Ave has the elevator. The entrance on Market Stairs is stairs only.
You will also get a code to unit door at that time.
