Nestled between two of the world's most beautiful beaches, this bay front retreat has it all! Enjoy captivating views from the kitchen, living and den space w/ huge sectional. Views continue as you step out on the screened lanai w/ room for all to gather & relax poolside. Need a warmer, invigorating quiet time? Stroll across the patio & find a privately located hot tub. Finally, wander down to the dock to fish, swim, connect w/ friends & family, or star gaze over the glassy waters of East Bay.

Disclosure - As stated in house rules, we have a ring camera outside the home for security purposes. There are no cameras indoors or by the pool area.

This is a great place to stay if you want to swim, fish and watch the dolphins in the bay. The pool is a great size, and the pier is perfect for fishing day or night. We have stayed here several times and will be back again. The host is so accommodating and makes sure you feel at home!

This place is a hidden gem. We stayed here a for a week with our 3 teens. It provided space to come together, yet spread out as needed. The dock and pool were where we spent our time. The dock offers a peaceful space with an amazing view, yet the water is so shallow we could stand around to cool off, float or play games. On our last day the dolphins came within feet of us in the water! The pool was big enough to play games and swim laps, and the hot tub was also relaxing during a couple cloudy drizzly hours. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunches. And there’s two separate bathrooms within the primary room, which was actually very useful. The absolute best place in the house is the sitting area facing the bay, it is so comfortable to sit and read or take a nap, surrounded by windows on 3 sides. We drove to the beach two days, once to Navarre, which was good, but then we discovered Opal and that was even better, less crowded. We also chartered a boat one day to take us out fishing and swimming, which was fun. This house is within 15 minutes of all the restaurants of both Navarre and Pensacola. Even though we ordered and picked up our groceries from Walmart, the dollar general was so convenient to walk across the street and pickup our smaller needs, they had A LOT more than I anticipated. And the host is extremely responsive and took care of all of our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a combo of 3 related families from Minnesota, Illinois & Tennessee (ages ranging from 8 to 69) converging at this property for 5 days in July. The views from the living room and dock were quite spectacular and we were fortunate to see pods of dolphins swimming by (and sometimes near) the dock every day! The fishing rods on hand were used daily off the dock and provided hours of entertainment, and some excitement. We also caught a couple beautiful sunsets from the dock area during our stay. We wish the dock lighting would have been working for our nights though.The pool was perfect in size and cleanliness and was enjoyed by all of us, young & old. Easy and safe pool entry for our youngest & oldest members. All in all a very relaxing and delightful space to share with your friends & family members. I highly recommend this home for those who like a variety of options.CONS:It’s worth noting that 2 large bathrooms are located across from each other within the master bedroom area which doesn’t make much sense and is a bit inconvenient.It would have been useful to have an info booklet in the home containing articles about the Navarre area, hot tub instructions, house rules, garbage collection, other important details for everyone to see. I also note that the bench seating along the wall at the table was not at all comfortable for adults. We used the dining table often to play lots of card games at night and during the rainy day so the bench seating was well used.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view and accommodations were fantastic, and we were so blessed to have perfect weather during our visit. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, and it was such a treat to see dolphins from the property each day! The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The only thing to note is that the property is on the road, so you can hear some traffic, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Family vacation

Our family had an amazing time staying at this home. My kids loved having both a pool and a dock which is very hard to find. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Kenny was a great host and communicated promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd stay

This was our 2nd stay that year and it was even better than the last. When we arrived everything was clean and beyond our expectations. The property owner was super easy to get a hold for any of our needs. We ended up extending our stay. He got back to us right away and was able to accommodate us on the spot. We will definitely be staying again!

This was our second year spending our family summer vacation at this property. We have never stayed at the same house two years in a row until now, and I have no doubt we will be back again! Our group ranged from ages 5 to over 70. The pool is a great size and is perfect for the entire family! We also loved fishing off the covered dock. Even the kids were able to reel in some fish. This property has something for everyone. You can relax inside and enjoy the view or spend your day outside swimming and kayaking around the bay.

Exactly what we wanted

House was great. Pool was great. Dock was great. The house was perfect for our family. Wasn't too far from Navarre Beach or Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood. Store across the street was very convenient on several occasions. Pool has a screen cover and was large enough for our family. Dock was perfect for fishing and the kayaks were a nice plus. Kenny was a great host. Very easy to communicate with. We had a great vacation and the property was exactly what we wanted.

Great place to relax and not in busy area

Loved the screened in heated pool area, nice dock to fish off of and enjoyed the kayaks/paddling boards available to use. Plenty of room for our family of 8 but room for more. Laundry room, big garage with 2nd fridge/freezer ,plenty of seating room for everyone. 15 minutes from Navarre and shopping area. Thanks KENNY!

Just what we needed

Great location on the Bay and close to the beach. The pool was warm and spotless (not to mention huge) master bedroom was enormous with a comfy bed and two full baths. The host was easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions. House was well appointed and right across the street from a dollar general in case we had any needs. The dock was great for fishing or just watching the sunset. GREAT overall experience. We will definitely book again. Thank you Kenny!!

Relaxing time on the bay in Navarre

We had a wonderful time at East Bay Hideaway. We take a family trip each year to the beach and this was our first time staying in Navarre. This house is perfect if you want to swim and relax by the water. The pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy, and the pier is wonderful. We spent hours fishing off the pier. The house is in an area that isn't noisy and crowded (which was a plus for us), but it is still located close to everything you would need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. It is clear he wants guests to really enjoy themselves. Overall, this is one of our favorite trips we have taken and would absolutely stay here again!

Best Spectacular Hide-away ever!

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Spectacular views, loved spending time on the dock, and overall we just didn't want to leave! The house was filled with amenities, cleanliness, good smells, charm, roominess, and an extraordinary Florida room with large bay windows so we were blessed by the views continuously. Plenty of room for my 5 children aged 8, 10, 14, 16, 17 and myself. We played games that were provided, watched movies, and sat in the hot tub when we weren't enjoying the beach, dock, and swimming. The host was thoughtful and kind...we could not have asked for a better stay! Can't wait to go again!

Perfect Getaway

My sister's family and mine met here for an extended weekend. It was the perfect halfway meeting place. We fit 8 people very comfortably, and there was room for more. Perfect for kids including kid dishes and utensils, games, family friendly (HUGE) pool, and an amazing dock. Husband's were pleased with the access to the coffee pot AND Keurig. My husband brought his bay boat and launched it nearby. We also brought our own kayaks (before we found out there were also some on site to rent) and a Inflatable floating dock to enjoy in the bay. Everything about our stay was perfect and we loved being away from the busy beach crowds and traffic. A little plus was easy access to the store for little things we needed or forgot. We can't wait to plan our next visit!

Fantastic location, conducive to relaxation. The view is spectacular, sunset is stunning. The pool and hot tub were great. We did pay to heat it and it was 85ish all week. The house is laid out well for hanging out. We stayed in most nights and cooked dinner and there were plenty amenities in the kitchen to accomplish that. The living room was comfortable for chatting, there is a very long table you could seat 10 comfortably at and a second seating area facing the bay. We were all nervous about the Dollar General directly across the street, but it was not a problem and indeed we all enjoyed the convenience of running over to grab neccessities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I ran everyday and never encountered loose dogs or any other problem. A few negatives- we chose this location because we were traveling with another couple and this advertised 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This is NOT accurate. There is one spectacular master with 2 FULL bathrooms attached to it, but the other king bedroom is a separate room from the full bath on that side. You had to go into the hall between rooms and there is no door blocking the hall from the living rm/kitchen. This is tough with 2 couples splitting the cost. Also, the internet didn't work all week. Tough if you need to work or want TV . Lastly, the storm door from the screen room to the backyard had a defective closing mechanism so it slammed loudly every time.Easy to deal with owner. Recommend.

Dream location

The home was beautiful when we arrived! The kids and my husband enjoyed the fishing and caught a lot of big fish. The owner of the property was very nice and easy to talk to. We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful bay house!

The house and property were amazing! Very spacious house and patio. The pool area was so nice. The only down side was I wished we could have stayed longer! We will rent this again!
