This was an awesome stay for our small family! We loved having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect and within walking distance to so many different places to eat, the beach, and a nearby park. We would absolutely stay here again and we’re so pleased with our vacation!

Perfect location

We had a great stay, the location was perfect to walk to the beach or a local coffee shop. It was easy to get around the area and was nice to have a designated parking spot.

Weekend Get Away

Great location and perfect for my husband and me. We brought our dog and the proximity of beach and bay was great! Comfortable bed and and linens. Would rent again.

Nice property!

Great location - close to beach, restaurants, attractions. Nice property and loved that pets are welcome. Had everything we needed and would stay here again! Great customer service!

Highly Recommend for 4-6 people

Highly Recommend for 4-6 people looking to walk the bay, beach, and restaurants. We also wanted our own outdoor space that was fenced for our dog, and not too pricey. This place perfectly fit the bill!! We would rent again

Great stay again

It was nice to stay at Beach Style 2 again. Stayed there in 2019 an loved it then. Close to everything. Walking distance to Bay and Beach. And on the plus side Bed was a lot more comfortable 😊 this time. We will be back

Beachy Area

Good for four people. Lots of places walkable from location and close to boat launch and beach. Be prepared for busy street and very tight parking. Noise from upstairs was quite loud.

We appreciate your feedback, Ann! Note- our parking carports are clearly depicted in our ads, as is the street location.. In reviewing your communication during your stay, we do not see any word from you on the upstairs unit. Had we known, we would have been happy to contact the guest immediately. Very Nice 2 bedroom with AC

Very surprisingly large bedrooms. Beautiful place well furnished. Nice patio and BBQ. Great location to bay and beach. Restaurants and bars within a block. I brought my dog and there was a great park at the Mission Bay Aquatic center across the street. The place has all you need, and I highly recommend. If I could offer one piece of advice to future guests it would be to bring all your own condiments ....salt, pepper etc.

Adequate but somewhat stingy especially on checkout time.

Lots of flies in checking and no fly swatter. Kitchen is meagerly appointed. Checkout at10 am with no exceptions left us with no place to keep dogs so the morning at the beach didn't happen. Unfortunate.

Short but sweet

Oldish but we’ll maintained apartment in a bustling area, not far from the bay and the ocean! Plenty of eateries in walking distance. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood at night. People upstairs on our first night were unbelievably noisy doing normal things. We were lucky that they left the next day!!! Parking was very tricky and we weren’t aware of the limited space size. But we managed. Trash bins were overflowing when we arrived thanks to neighbors moving out, apparently. Kitchen, bathroom and beach items were about as complete as you could ask for.

Coronavirus

After one week the coronavirus it in California and we were stuck into the house, no restaurants just take out so not fun plus we had head colds (not the virus). No movies, no zoo etc. So we decided to go home. The rental was fine but the street was busy. I think most rentals used weekends or a week. Since we are going for a month and I had to cook, some of the pots and dishes were not there. Only one Pyrex dish. The rental did not a vacuum cleaner, just a sweep brush. Our kids brought their vacuum cleaner twice. Anyway we enjoy it

The area is shut down due to COVID-19, safety is at our top concern. For future guests we do have a vacuum & new set of pots/pans!

Would definitely stay again

The house was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. We make this trip yearly and this house was by far a favorite. The location is great. We were able to park for the week and walk everywhere we needed to go. I do recommend that you empty all valuables from you vehicle because at no fault to the property someone went by and broke out our back window. We loved the patio and hanging out on the bayside in the evenings where it is definitely more calm then staying on the beach side of Mission. Highly recommend Saltwater Culture Coffee that is just steps away for your morning coffee before you stroll the beach.

Beach mini vacation

Location: excellent walking distance to beach, great restaurants near buy. Great neighborhood. Cleanliness: excellent beautiful well kept. We loved it, would definitely come back!

Great location!

This was our first experience with renting a condo and we were very happy. The rental was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect; close to the water and food. No need to drive anywhere. We will definately go back.

We loved being walking distance to the beach, bayside activities, grass patches for our dog and great food.

Great location!

Everything you need is nearby…bars restaurants shops rentals. The street is very busy but quiet at night. The house was fully stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable too.
