House was great - clean, spacious, very accommodating. The walk down to the boat dock is a bit treacherous, several areas need to be fixed and leveled. I would not recommend this to anyone with elderly guests or those with hip or knee issues.

Hello, we have 4 wonderful children, I grew up here in East TN and have loved living and raising my children here.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We had several of our cabins burn in the 2016 Wildfires that destroyed over 3,000 properties. Instead of rebuilding all my cabins in Gatlinburg, we wanted to rebuild bigger and better but this time on nearby Douglas Lake. Wow, best move ever, we believe.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Great Location on the lake, lots of open water in front of cabin and wonderful for boat watching, you get to see multiple boats, jet ski's, Seadoo's and more all across the water as they all fish, ski, go by tubing, and swimming off their boats. Great Lake access and enjoyment while only minutes from all the fun that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer.
