The location is perfect. The grounds are lovely. The kitchen, living roomand patio are all great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little old but comfortable. They need some extra dining chairs so more people can sit around the dining table. We like to play games in the evening, and there wasn’t adequate seating. Great parking available.

The location was great. Couln't have asked for anything better. The back yard was great. It was nice to have all the beach toys and towels to use. There were things lacking indoors.

Truly paying for location - if that’s all you’re looking for as an adult trip with minimal amenities, then great spot to chill for larger space and direct bay access. If like us and traveling with little kids, keep this in mind:- front gate has to be manually opened to get cars out - sensor never seemed to be working. Annoying but manageable. - internet was constantly going out despite resetting - didn’t work more than it worked. - house is older, as can be expected in the area, but a minimum floor upgrade would do wonders to improve overall clean feeling - especially for crawling kids. - classic cooking was very annoying and disappointing for the booking price. Smaller oven with pans that don’t fit properly and a very finicky gas stove that was frustrating to use. Poor cooking utensils available. Plenty of eating dishes. - AC only works great in primary room. The other 3 struggle for comfort (to be fair we were there in record heat for end of Sept), but air filter was clearly long overdue to be replaced. - kids room attached to garage has its own AC split and was very helpful for them. Overall, the house served basic needs, but I’d expect more for the price if I was to book again.

VRBO was clean and very livable for a week. We had 10 adults, 3 children and 2 infants and were comfortable. Easy access to bay, with a 10 minute walk to ocean and restaurants. No disappointments.

The house was perfect for our needs. We needed a one story with enough beds/baths to accommodate my family and this property delivered perfectly. The location was fantastic, with quick access to the bay, beach, shopping, nightlife, etc. I already miss the amazing bay view. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property is 10/10! Easy access to so many things. Beautiful view of the bay. Fenced in yard was great for our grandkids. As previous reviewers have said the home is old. But we loved it gave a nice retro beach vibe. Kitchen was functional. Missing a view basic things we had buy. One cupboard door was coming off its hinges. Issues with the hot tub. Never used it- maintenance guy came twice but sand was always in there. The overall issue were the beds. Master bedroom bed was horrible to sleep in. So uncomfortable and so lumpy. Other beds hard as a rock - some people liked it. Living room couch - too lumpy and worn out. I think if furniture in living room updated and mattresses updated - we’d be back again next year.

This is our yearly family vacation. Wonderful place to stay with the whole family. Beach access is great and the Villa has a variety of water sports equipment to use.

Weekend Retreat

From booking to checkout - it was all seamless - pay online, receive check in email, ENJOY, close door behind you, and voila! If you are looking for a beach retreat for the family this is your place hands down!

Great location next to the beach

Great location next to the beach. Wonderful outdoor space. Interior spacious with lots of storage. Master bedroom and bathroom need updating, considering the price.

Fun with the Whole Family

If you're looking for a relaxing & quiet stay at a spacious waterfront house, this is it! The premises is huge and easily accommodated all 14 of our extended family members. We love this area and happy to return again Summer 2023.

Perfect Getaway!

This home was the perfect size for our family gathering( 10 adults and 5 children). We all had plenty of space and easy access to the beach. The beach toys, kites, kayaks and other beach equipment provided was perfect! We will be booking this home again.

Enjoyable!

Our family had a great time. We had a large private patio and yard right on the bay! Parking is ample for 3-4 cars, really nice common areas. This house does need some serious remodel but location and view are worth alot!

Great Vacation, Thank You

Thank you to Surf Style for all of your help, we had a great vacation...except for 1 noisy night the neighboring family had a graduation celebration. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing for our large family of 13 adults and children, we already miss being on the bay.

We love this house

We absolutely love this house! The location is just perfect for our family, on the water but in a quiet spot away from all the hustle and bustle, with a huge yard, huge interior, and fully gated for our younger children. The house is a bit dated as the other reviews mention, but still clean and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. We'll rent again for 2023, can't wait!!

Can't beat it!!!

Unbeatable location because it's a quiet hidden area near Catamaran Resort, but without all the hustle/bustle of the resort and right on the relaxing bay. Additional pluses: lots of beach stuff, amazing outdoor spaces, nice indoor/outdoor plan, exclusive feel, quiet neighbors, nice tv's & music system. The minus: we couldn't stay longer!!!

Large House in Exclusive Location

Large House in Exclusive Location right next to the Catamaran Hotel and Resort. We knew the house wasn't new, but we love the location and size so much that we had to reserve it. Our stay did not disappoint, we all had a fantastic time swimming and paddling on the bay & gathering in the private backyard grilling, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the sun. Nice job.

Memorable Thanksgiving

The house more than suited the needs of our family size and was very comfortable. We were informed about an issue with the gate and ice maker, neither of which effected our stay but glad to know the management is on top of it. We will certainly reserve again!
