Clean, well-equipped, spacious, conveniently located cabin in the woods. Lots of thoughtful touches like extra beach towels and tote bags for guests to use. We had a great time here and would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood! We had five adults, and there was plenty of space. Everything was as pictured. Great outdoor space. Quick walk down to the harbor and circuit.

Very well equipped and comfortable home. I found everything I needed, loved having access to the washer/dryer and outside clothesline and the deck was great. Best alternative to pricey hotels!

Peter was a phenomenal host — he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most wonderful stay in Oak Bluffs. We particularly appreciated how well equipped the home was — bikes, beach chairs and gear, coolers, umbrellas and all! Could not have asked for a better host and property for our Martha’s Vineyard vacation.

Great stay in a great location

This property is perfect for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard; it’s close to many restaurants and very easy to get around. The sunroom and outdoor shower are fantastic! I recommend this to anyone looking to visit the island.

Lovely little cottage perfect for our stay on the Vineyard with all the essentials and a nice sunroom. We especially loved the outdoor shower just off the downstairs bedroom.

This was a super convenient location for our needs- about a mile from OB and 2 from VH made getting around easy.The house was great for our family with nice outdoor space and a swing in the yard the kids enjoyed. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.We loved the outdoor shower.Host was easy to communicate with

We enjoyed are stay! Conveniently located, the beds we’re comfortable & we felt right at home. The outdoor shower was a plus as far as getting ready for outings.

This well kept property met and exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful time and the communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable MV vacation experience!

Great little cottage !

Stayed here with 3 friends as we were running the marathon. Better than the photos! So cute, everything was thoughtfully set up, we had anything we needed and having a washer dryer was a huge bonus! Flexible check in as well. Secluded, but easily walkable to many great places to eat and shop. Would 100% stay here again, highly recommend.

The Best Stay For A Girls Weekend!

We had the best time at Jon & Peters Cottage! It was the perfect place to relax at with the outdoor showering being a big plus for us! Location is ideal with only a short walk to Oak Bluffs downtown or short drive to Edgartown! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed! The hosts were so quick to respond and were very accommodating! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We were lucky to find this place after planning a last minute trip to the Vineyard. Plenty of room for our party of 4. The location was great for our stay in Oak Bluffs, walkable to food, Circuit Ave, Inkwell Beach, the library, and more. The bikes in the shed were a huge bonus for getting around, even down to Nomans. Our hosts were very responsive with a couple of needs that came up. Would recommend and return in future!
