The first floor patio provides a perfect setting for entertaining and for enjoying the famous San Diego weather with a relaxing seating area. The exterior also affords a heated outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a fun day at the beach, located just steps away.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one full/full bunk bed which sleeps 2 adults or up to 4 small children) with closets and TVs

The second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom, closet and TV, a second full bathroom with washer/dryer and additional bedroom with king bed, closet and TV. This bedroom has ocean views.

The third floor is the main living area with open floor plan consisting of fully stocked kitchen, barstools, living room with TV, half bath and access to outdoor patio with large dining table, awning and bbq grill.

The rooftop deck is accessible from the third floor. This rooftop deck has a bar height dining table and lounge area allowing for relaxation and full panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which is something only a select few houses can offer in Mission Beach.

The storage closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, smash ball, volleyball, football and more!

This home is pet friendly, however there is a $100 per day fee to bring your pets. Please pick up after them. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am or after 6pm in the spring and summer (after 4pm in the fall and winter)

Safety/security devices: Doorbell camera at the front door, outdoor camera above the carports facing the alley, outdoor camera on the west side of the house that is pointed toward the rear of the home/alley, outdoor camera pointed toward the front gate at the front of the house. There are no recording devices in the home or any private spaces.

Mission Beach is just a few minutes from Sea World, 15-20 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport and downtown San Diego.
This property is located in North Mission Beach, steps from the beach and is about 1 mile north of Belmont Park and just over a block south of Pacific Beach. Located less than 100 steps from the beach and only one block away from the main shopping center in Pacific Beach with a plethora of restaurants, bars, boutiques, convenience stores, bike and board rentals, to name a few options!

Attention:
This rental is located in a quiet, high density neighborhood with house rules and is only suitable for quieter guests. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise. Parties, events or gatherings are prohibited. The Tenants shall have no more than 10 (ten) total, Adults 8 (eight) MAX persons reside or sleep on the premises. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
