This is a great property at an excellent location! We loved the layout of the house and it worked well for a multi-generational family vacation. The beach toys, umbrellas, wagon, and boogie boards were our favorite part and very much appreciated! And it was so wonderful to have parking which is very hard to come by in the area. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful when we needed anything!

Bay view was great from second floor. The host, he was very polite and helpful, room was very clean. Everything they had there was great for us from a boogie board to a wagon, a coffee pot. We had young children. So there was not a lot of restaurants thanks for helping us when needed

Beautiful property great beach view very spacious house very communicative and very responsive hosts would like to have the fireplace working the property was clean but the floor if you were barefoot still had some grains of sand that you could feel, one light fixture was missing light bulb, and we couldn't get the fireplace or the fire pit in the patio to work butoverall a great property so close to the beach. Everything we needed was provided. I would totally book again

This was a great vacation rental, it was clean well supplied the reservation check-in and checkout process was smooth. The hosts were great. It was a great location with lots of beach equipment, and towels. I will definitely be back snd rent this property next summer.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and well appointed. We had an issue with a fur baby and our hosts were very gracious. We left something important behind and our hosts worked with us to have a family member retrieve it. They took excellent care of us.

Perfect location for family beach vacation

The place is clean, well stocked for kids and very comfortable beds. Being steps to the bay and and ocean side made it perfect with young kids!

The location was fantastic! We walked to the beach, the bay, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, kayak rentals and everything in between. When we did have to drive to enjoy other parts of San Diego it was not a problem because there are spots to park 3 cars on the property. This much parking is truly rare in the area and wonderful for our group as we all arrived from different locations.The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as pictured and the kitchen was suitably stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The host, Michael, answered all of our questions quickly and was accessible during our stay via messaging on VRBO or by text. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Mission Bay.

It was a great place to stay for a larger group. The location is close to the beach and to all surroundings. The layout and space worked out great. I would recommend not bringing a large car if parking in carport/garage. We had a small miscommunication with the host. However, everything worked out and they responded quickly. House is mostly cleaned- the floors could use a mop & need a good dusting around the house.

Great location

Just steps from beach and walking distance to boardwalk. Lots to do without needing car.

Bay adjacent mission beach home

Great location! Easy walking distance to dining and entertainment and groceries. Updated appliances and furnishings made to stay that much more enjoyable.

Perfect property and location for a beach getaway.

The property was perfect for a friends and family long weekend at the beach. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. Location is fantastic with quick walk to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The owner is very responsive and a great host.
