Newly Renovated UNIT 1D4: Exquisite seashore colors overlook the actual seashore you can see outside in this amazing two-bedroom top floor corner unit!

Gorgeous blue and sand colors flow from the living area to the open kitchen and spacious dining area. Color palettes in the bedrooms also help offer a soothing and tranquil night's sleep. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen-sized sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Fourth-floor corner location provides seemingly endless views of the gulf and beach. Simply majestic!

City of Sanibel License: RDWL-011229

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Ocean's Reach condo is tastefully decorated with everything needed for the perfect beach getaway. It was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The views from the lanai were amazing! OR staff were great to work with from the time we made the reservation to our checkout day.

Wonderful Florida condo getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at this Florida condo and would highly recommend it, especially for families with kids. The property amenities are truly awesome for children – the pool area, basketball and tennis courts plus shuffleboard were a blast for the kids. Being so close to the beach was another huge plus. We could walk or hop over quickly for morning strolls, afternoon playtime in the sand or beautiful evening sunsets. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a family. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had a minor AC issue they were able to resolve quickly! Two small suggestions: it would be helpful to have a few plastic plates, cups, and utensils on hand for children. Also, king-sizes pillows in the master would be a plus. Overall, this was a relaxing, fun and convenient stay that hit all the right notes for a family vacation. We’ll definitely consider returning!

Great time and service

Only improvement would be some updates furnishings but we liked it enough to rebook.

We have loved Oceans Reach for years and it didn’t disappoint. It was as beautiful as it has always been. A wonderful place to stay. Rooms are beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, just a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent! Be ware of overly small parking spot though

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, an excellent experience! The condo was very clean. It was quiet and well sealed around the windows and doors. It was not humid in the condo so the AC worked pretty well. The reclining chair did not work despite being plugged in just a note. And one thing I would be completely aware of, is the assigned parking spot is insanely small. I have a full-size minivan and I was not able to park in the parking spot without hitting my side view mirrors just about so if you were in an SUV or a bigger vehicle that does not have sliding doors. You will have a very tough time in that spot Because you have to park between a wall and a column. I consistently had to stay about 5 feet out of the parking spot in order to get in our vehicle because the column blocked our door so we couldn’t get in and out. This was the most inconvenient part of the trip, but did not take away from the overall experience. We really truly had a wonderful time. I consistently saw maintenance staff around the property. The property appeared to be well taken care of, and the elevator was clean and nice. It was a straight walk to the beach and there was a storage unit downstairs that was convenient. We had our own wagon so we loaded it up. A wagon was not provided in the storage unit just so you know again a wonderful experience overall. Will stay again.

Wonderful top-floor Sanibel condo directly on the beach. Everything you would need to enjoy the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.) and a condo are included and accessible. Views from the lanai were outstanding as you can see both the gulf/beach outside the condo and Bonita Springs/Naples to the east across the water. Very cool!Sanibel and Captiva have a laid back feel and although we didn't bike this time, there are over 26 miles of accessible (and flat!) bike paths available. We visited the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum and Aquarium and toured/drove the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Both are must sees. Would have loved to rent a bike or kayak, but maybe next time.Plenty of quality food choices on and off the island and in Ft. Meyers. Preferred to stay on the islands though and the kids enjoyed custard from "The Shack" almost daily.Above all, the shelling and beach are second to none. Yes, there are "no see ums" but they didn't take away from the great shelling, walks, and just hanging out on the beach for our two teenagers and us. The pool was also great and just what was needed after the beach or in the evening.The staff at Oceans Reach were accessible and welcoming. We've stayed at condos all along the gulf coast (Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Ft. Meyers, Clearwater, Key West) and this was the best of them all in terms of accessibility, beach access, and overall tranquility. Would stay again. Thank you!
