This intimate complex of 18 units provides the peace and tranquility you’ve been seeking. The condo offers two bedrooms and two full baths, along with a private screened lanai for you to enjoy the Gulf breeze.
Inside, the condo features:
Fully stocked kitchen with all the basics for your cooking needs.
Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
First bedroom: King bed with an ensuite, large walk-in closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV.
Second bedroom: Two twin beds, guest bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

Second time staying there and had another great time. Short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool. They do not have a ceiling fan in the living room but provided a box fan which came in handy…thank you!

This was our first time in this unit but not to the complex. This unit is on the ground floor and is easily accessible. The unit is light and spacious with a well laid out kitchen and anything you would need to make a meal or small dinner gathering. You have a quick walk to the beach and a great day of fun and sun. We didn’t use the pool this time, but other guests enjoyed it respectfully during our stay. Communication with the hosts was great and the check in process is simple.

Great vacation!
We were visiting my parents in Sanibel and were looking for a place to stay with a pool and minimal construction. This was better than we could have planned! The property was very clean, the grounds great post-hurricane, and it was really amazing how much the property bounced back while others are still undergoing construction. Unit itself was clean, well-equipped and perfect for pool and beach days for our toddler. Recommend!

Third Sanibel Vacation
The condo was very nice, both comodes need tighten up, master BR comode needs a new seat. Was a little disappointed in the beach area! The Porch floor flooded when rained!
