Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and safe. Appreciated the fenced in yard for the dog. Nice neighborhood. Beds were a bit squeaky. Good proximity to UNCW. We were there for a softball camp and to evaluate the college.

The neighborhood is quite and located in a perfect area. Close to shopping, dining and Wrightsville Beach. Nice greenway at the end of the street. House is nice & clean. Marsha responded quickly when making the reservation and when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This property feels like staying at Grandma’s. The beds are comfy, older furnishings, relaxed vibe. Good price for a family stay!

This is a warm inviting home near the UNCW campus and I will stay here anytime it is available that I'm in town. My only note as mentioned by others is that the beds are a little soft so if you have issues with that this isn't your place. Otherwise it is just a delight to be there. This nearby walking path is just a gorgeous spot for sunsets.

I LOVE this house. It is spacious and has everything you need. It’s located on a quiet street but is close to UNCW and my favorite coffee shop, Social Coffee. It is about 12 minutes from Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is gorgeous (and it is fenced for pet owners’ convenience). We LOVED the sunroom. One of my favorite things about this house is that there is only one TV and it is located in the living room. This makes it so much easier for family and friends to congregate and not always be thinking about the TV. The kitchen has everything you need, and I had everything to cook a couple of big meals. The bathrooms had toiletries in case you forget shampoo, conditioner, body wash,etc. This is the perfect house for any family, but especially for those who have children at UNCW and you want to be close. I would highly recommend it for move-in day, family weekend, or any other time you want to see your college student at UNCW. I will definitely be renting again. The host was super nice and extremely accommodating. She answered a couple of questions I had within minutes of me messaging her. If I could give this more than five stars I would.

The is property was the perfect location to see all that Wilmington has to offer, with a gorgeous fenced-in backyard for our pups to hang out. We were 10 min from beaches, downtown restaurants and most attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the house clean and stocked with most everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Stay in Wilmington

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near anything you need. Shopping, restaurants and beach nearby. Booked our stay and luckily able to extend it by a day because of quick and great response by management. Will definitely stay here again.

Great house - lots of room, well stocked kitchen, very clean! It’s close to everything. The owner was very kind and also let us check out late so we could sight see some more on Sunday!
