It is fenced in and has a secure backyard. Quiet and friendly neighborhood setting. Excellent access to numerous walking and biking trails. On-street access to biking pathway which provides a safe pathway access to Wrightsville Beach, Mayfaire and shopping. Easy ten minute drive to Wrightsville Beach and easy access to Eastwood Road, MLK to airport and other major Wilmington transit paths. Come and enjoy a special and pleasant atmosphere providing a break from the business of life’s demands.

The house is close to Mayfaire cinema and shopping center, UNC-W, airport and College Road.

Wilmington Weekend

Super clean, spacious and well appointed house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive when we contacted them for a WiFi issue.

Family Gathering

Great house, big yard, roomy. Great to gwther family or friends. Convenient to uncw, wrightsville beach, or downtown. Very close grocery store and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Closely located to UNCW and quiet area

Perfect location for visiting my two daughters at UNCW. House was very clean and well stocked.. beds were very comfortable outside Area was very nice. Enjoyed the sunroom as well. Owner was very responsive and was even Able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. Would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood

Communication was great with the property manager, the house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting in the Florida room drinking coffee in the morning and seeing hummingbirds

Good location

House was located in a great neighborhood/location. Had a big back yard that the dog enjoyed running around in. Would overall recommend this house to friends and family!

Amazing Location & a Great House

Super convenient to the college and central to Wilmington, hard to find a better location. The house is very spacious with lots of unique character. Plenty of modern updates that make it a very pleasant stay.

Love the beach

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful antique pieces are spattered throughout the home. My favorite area is the glasses in porch. The landscaping in the backyard makes it very private.

Cute, clean little house in perfect location

Our family was in town to visit UNCW, which was only a five-minute drive away, but we also had quick access to both downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. The bike trailhead right down the street was also a nice bonus--we walked on it to a nearby lake that had a dock with turtles and fish. The house itself is cute and well-maintained, and even though it's a little dated, it reminded me of the house I grew up in so I kinda liked it! Plenty of towels and linens, the kitchen had everything we needed, check in process was easy and we weren't required to do much of anything when we left. The host was very responsive to questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Great stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly and there was very little to do for checkout. The yard was great for our dog. The house was close to the beach, stores, restaurants and anywhere else we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and organized. We were provided with everything to make our stay comfortable.

Very nice home in good location

This single one-story home is in a good central location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main roads. Our schedule during the visit to Wilmington was so busy that we spent little time there, but the home was clean, the kitchen well stocked, there was a washer-dryer, a spacious enclosed back porch, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. If the opportunity arises, I would stay again.

Great Wilmington location

We travelled with 2 dogs and the fenced in, large yard, was such a plus. Additionally, the house was clean, located in a great neighborhood and had everything we needed. Even better, we were 300 steps (yes, I counted) from the Gary shell cross city trail. Great for taking the dogs for a picturesque 2 mile walk, and for us to ride the entire trail through the University of Wilmington campus. It was great to just hop on the bike and go without loading the bikes on the car! Loved Slice of Heaven pizza and the eclectic mix of stores and restaurants on market and front st. Communication with the host was easy and she responded quickly. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

pleasant month in NC

We enjoyed the spacious Mid Century ranch home located in a meticulously maintained, quiet neighborhood. Along with the fenced yard for our dog we enjoyed the sun room, and the City Walking Trail with access 600 feet from the house. The home is central to beaches, acquarium, museums and gardens. The Boathouse Restraunt is five minutes away; wonderful.. We were amazed that when the clothes dryer stopped, the repair man and manager both, were at the house at 9;00 a.m., the next morning. By 12:30 p.m., the dryer was miraculously replaced with a new one!!

Retirees with dogs escaping winter in the north

What a lovely rental. Close to beach, near pickleball, 1 block from Gary Shell city trail great for walking dogs or biking 15 mile trail. Accommodations a little dated but very comfy. Great host quick response. Would consider a return

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The location was great as the bike and walking trails were located at the end of the street. The neighborhood was very quiet and located near so many shops and restaurants. The house was cozy and comfortable. The only thing to note was when you used the shower in the hallway bathroom, the pipes were a bit noisy when you initially turned on the water. Once we realized the noise was due to the pipes, it was fine. The property manager was amazing and so attentive, she was wonderful to work with.

Cozy place in a quiet neighborhood

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, organized, and just as described. The property has a nice backyard that feels very private. It was also in a great location in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area!

Janet’s cozy home

Our family of five and doggies so enjoyed this cozy home. The screen room was our favorite relaxing spot. Loved the neighborhood and walking/ bike path nearby that connects to the beach. Definitely will return. We would like to purchase a home in this area for retirement!

Nice place, great location

We stayed in Wilmington a long weekend to be close to an event for our nephew, visit the beach and also for Cross City bike trail. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and close to everything. We had coffee at Drift and It's Coffee Time, both very close and dinner at True Blue & Vito's pizza, which were both close and good. Very close to lots of restaurants. Had a great time at the beach and riding the bike trail, which was right down the street. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Unpretentious and quiet

My sister and her family and me and my family and dogs rented this home for a long weekend. It is basic, but clean and comfortable, and worked well for our needs. The weather kept us from enjoying the back yard, but we loved the sun porch. My father and stepmother used to live closeby so we are familiar with the great trails and easy drive to the beach.

Spacious

This was our second time to reserve this home, it is in a good location, easy to get to the beach or downtown, wherever you wanted to get in the Wilmington, and Wrightsville Beach area. The house is laid out well, great for children. Kiddos enjoyed the toy basket found in one of bedrooms. We really enjoyed the sunroom too. The backyard space was really nice as well, and equipped with an umbrella shaded patio table.
