Newly renovated 1912 home in the Soda Pop District of downtown Wilmington, NC . Everything is brand new! Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided.
Let us be your host while you enjoy all that downtown Wilmington has to offer!

Great host/adorable house, clean and cozy/great location in the Soda Pop district of Wilmington. All amenities nearby, walk or short drive. Would stay again for sure.

Our stay was nothing short of outstanding. The upgrades to this property was so very well thought out - both functionally and aesthetically. What a wonderful place for a family beach vacation in downtown Wilmington.

This was hands-down my favorite Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. My daughter and I stayed for a week and it was close to all the beaches, restaurants, coffee, shops, and much more. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. When I visit Wilmington again, I will definitely be staying back at this cute little home.

Property was in close proximity to everything we wanted to visit. Property was clean and the backyard worked very good for our pet needs. Host was prompt to respond when messaged.

The house was perfect. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture was nice. Some of the rentals have pretty worn furniture. Didn't get to walk because of the weather but was close to downtown. Would stay again if we visit the area again. Host was very responsive when I sent him a couple of questions.

Somehow this house is even more perfect than the photos even show !!! Absolute perfection!! Def the BEST we’ve ever rented thru VRBO !! Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and living room set up, super clean and decorated amazingly. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Everything about the house was excellent. The house was clean and host provided everything needed. They even had snacks, bottled water and coffee!! The location was great too with just a short walk to the Riverwalk and Cargo District. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in this well appointed home! Very clean and comfortable inside. The house is in a great location, walking distance from the riverfront but an easy drive to the beach and other points in the area.

My friend and I just stayed here for a three night trip to attend a wedding. House was perfectly renovated and spotless clean! Very nice attention to details throughout and we couldn’t have asked for more. Communication was perfect so we would definitely stay here again.We went to Folk’s Cafe for breakfast, Hi-Wire Brewing and Cugino Forno Pizzaria which were all excellent and walking distance as an added bonus!
