Updated short-term rental home with vintage charm in Gainesville has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with wooden floors throughout most of the home with a fabulous sun porch built in 1930. This ideal Florida getaway is about a 10-minute walk to THE SWAMP, just off University Avenue. We only rent through VRBO and are the owners of the home.
Wake before your crew for a quiet morning sipping coffee or mediating in the sun porch as you look across to the neighborhood pond.
Located in a quaint neighborhood with students, professionals and longtime residents on a quiet dead end street less than a mile from the stadium. Close to the University of Florida, Publix, restaurants, Shands, and shopping. Located close to explore all of Gainesville and the numerous state parks and natural springs.
Whether you are visiting a kiddo at college or just looking the enjoy the excitement of a big game , the University of Florida is conveniently just 10 minutes away.

Great property! Near UF but also a short drive to shopping. The property is really well-maintained and clean, with super comfy couches and beds. We’ll definitely be staying here again over the next four years!

Attended the Auburn-University of FL baseball series. Location was absolutely perfect. It’s an older house but clean and comfortable. Nice small pond in front of property. 4 stars for cleanliness as windows on the outside could use a good cleaning. If I return, would definitely stay here again. Great communication from owner. Overall was excellent.

Cozy Place In A Great Location
This house and neighborhood was perfect for our long weekend stay. Very cozy and in a great location for the wedding we attended nearby at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Loved the quiet neighborhood and pond across the street

Weekend relaxing stay
We stayed here while our teen daughters were in a softball tournament. It was the perfect home to come back to after long, hot days. It was quiet, clean, and very charming.

Great house with tons of charm in a very nice neighbored nestled in nature.. Super accessible to UF and made for a great stay. The host is very responsive.

Wonderful Place!
We had an awesome weekend stay for the FSU/FL football game. The house was a perfect distance. Away from the noise, but only a 15 minute walk to the stadium.

Great cottage home
Can’t say enough for this property!! Location, private and cozy. Did not want to leave. Will definitely come back.

Great house!
This was a perfect place for games! We were able to walk to the stadium and wherever else we needed to go. Very clean and exactly what we were looking for!
