Southern Serenity is meant for couples like you. Every piece of furniture, other than the king-size bed covered with luxurious designer linens, which both of you share, has a twin copy of itself for your better or equal half. This vacation home also has stunning outdoors with a swimming pool & hot tub. Located just two to three blocks from Main Street Shopping, this Downtown Retreat vacation home is an exciting find.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great Retreat

The place was very clean and well stocked! I enjoyed the location as it is a simple walk to downtown restaurants and shops! Highly recommend!!!

Great getaway

Great little place for just the 2 of us. Pool and spa area was a great bonus. So close to everything. We will book here again

Nice place but AC was bad

The location and area is amazing. I would only stay there again if they fix their AC unit. The room was hot and no matter what temp we put, it would cool down only to an extent as if they were trying to save money on energy.

Another wonderful trip

Always a great time staying at this property. A short walk to main and a wonderful pool with hot tube during winter months.

Stay in Fredericksburg

A convenient and comfortable place to stay in Fredericksburg. Centrally located, just two blocks off Main Street was an ideal location. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Charming stay

Love this vacation home. Always such a clean property and easy to find. It’s not too far from Main Street but far enough to have some R&R without the loudness of vehicles and people. Would definitely book again.

Good Stay, Good Place

The room was as described. Good spot just a block from Main St. It was too cold to use the pool but maybe next time. Would recommend it to anyone!

Close to Main Street, safe area with nice parking. Multiple steps/levels so not the best unit for wheelchairs or walkers.

Convenient, Clean, & Cozy

We loved our stay in Southern Serenity at Absolute Charm. It was clean & stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was quality, & the bed was very comfy. We were able to walk to many places of interest & felt very safe. We found it cozy & just right for our Christmas holidays getaway!

Excellent

Easy process from booking to checking out. Very nice room and comfy bed! Enjoyed the hot tub but only briefly because it was quite hot. Nice to enjoy the weather out by the pool! We had a lovely time shopping and eating in Fredericksburg. Next time we'll do the wineries! Thank you, I will highly recommend to others!

Great location

Great room just 2 blocks from Marktplatz where nightly Christmas lighting and carols performed. Only negative was we kept hitting our toes on the step up in bathroom.

Perfect location and amenities

Two night’s midweek. Blocks to everything. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Sheets and towels were luxurious. We’ll be back!

Very nice place!

We loved the location and the room was nice. The place was quiet. Two problems: we needed instructions on how to access tv channels. All we could see was the Austin station. Second, we are old folks and there were a LOT of different levels/steps in the bathroom! We had to leave a light on all night to be sure we didn't trip over the steps during the night. We will stay here again, though. It was very nice.

Everything was as described and very happy with unit. We are not direct TV people and couldn't figure out remotes (2). A brief instruction sheet would have been great. Husband huge sports and news junkie .... I was happy with no TV!
