Kelly's Creekside offer the best Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg's shops and restaurants. The four private suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly's Creekside offer four different suites, each with its own personality. Sandy's Serenity is the large, luxurious 1400 square foot suite in the main house boasting walls of windows and views to die for. Sandy's also includes a full living room and dining area, a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer/dryer, ice maker, a twin roll-way and more. The suite offers a king size bedroom with beautiful linens and a private balcony just off the master bedroom plus a second bedroom with a Queen size bed. Sandy's Serenity is definitely the jewel in the crown of Kelly's Creekside!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Erin's Escape, Sarah's Secret, and Leah's Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven, as an alternative to a hotel in Fredericksburg.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Perfect location

The house was the perfect location and close to Main Street. The house was clean and has very cute decorations. We will definitely stay here again.

Best place

This is our 3rd yr in a row with the same rental home. Itd absolutely amazing.clean ,comfortable and close to main street. It's the only place we use. You guy's do a great service all around.love the check in and out. We cant say enough good things about it.

Relaxing and so walkable!

We so enjoyed our stay at Sandy's Serenity over Thanksgiving! The house was comfortable and welcoming. The views were excellent and we so enjoyed having groceries, shopping and dining within walking distance. We'll definitely be back and being friends for the other homes. Great place to go together but still have your own private space, too.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy!

This was our first visit to Fredricksburg where we spent nine nights at Sandy's Serenity. The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way! We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome with emergency contact information if needed. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and basic toiletries (soap shampoo conditioner) were provided in the bathroom. The unit was super clean with wonderful service! We were even offered the opportunity to have fresh sheets and towels changed mid-stay! The unit includes a full size washer/dryer. The location is a short two block walk to downtown but located on a wonderful lot alongside a creek where deer feed nightly. My husband and I spent over 50 nights in VRBO's last year, Kellys Creekside was definitely one of the nicest VRBO's we stayed in!

Cleanest VRBO any of us have stayed at. Floor plan ideal. Kitchen had more than everything needed. And to stay somewhere soooo scenic AND be able to walk to Main Street is so special. Loved seeing the deer, hearing the birds, watching the sunset all from our private deck.

Girls Trip 2023

We came and stayed in this adorable cottage for a girls trip to Fredericksburg in September 2023. It fit all of our needs… Very clean, close to main street with all of the shops, and about two blocks from an H-E-B. I would absolutely stay here again if we were to come back. Rae Lynn G

Very much enjoyed it, the light switches were a little confusing.

When we first got there had to call Elaine the booking manager. She was a delight. We were having issues with the bedroom on the right. It was stuffy and not cool. She went and bought some fans and called the AC guy. The house cooled down but there is something going on with that bedroom. Fans really helped but was not near as cool as the rest of the house.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

Great stay for a great price

Within walking minutes of a ton of fun places. On top of that the company that owns the property offers a wine tour at a much more competitive price than anything else I could find.

Great location for Fredricksburg

Great house for relaxing after touring downtown Fredricksburg or hitting the wineries. Backs up to trees and creek, even saw a deer while having coffee in the morning. Two block walk to all the shops but very quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely visit again!

So nice and the location was perfect

My sister and I were on a girl's trip and this was the perfect place to stay. It was so nice to have just a short walk to Main St. and yet the backyard was a park-like setting. One evening we saw 23 (YES! I said 23!!) deer stroll along the creek in back. The house was larger than it appears from the outside. Very clean, updated and it had everything we needed. I would definetly stay here again!

Perfect Home-Away-From-Home!

From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with this property. Honestly, the first thing we said when we walked in was, "Wow!" Very well appointed, clean and exactly (if not more than) as represented in the listing. The only negative is that we didn't get to take full advantage of everything the place had to offer during our two night stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with any and all cookware, tableware and utensils one might need. The bathroom was clean and spacious (two sinks--yay!), and the master bedroom was large and comfortable, with a great view of the yard and creek from both the room itself and the attached balcony. The living room was a relaxing place to unwind after a day of shopping and watch a little TV, or chill out with a glass of local wine. The location of the property is great--just two blocks from Main St., where there is more than enough shopping, restaurants and bars to keep one entertained. Fredricksburg itself is truly a gem, and we could have easily stayed longer to do more in the surrounding area (e.g., wine tours). There's even a huge grocery store just two blocks down the hill in case you're stocking up for a longer stay. Communication on accessing the property was clear and prompt, and the checkout process was simple. All we had to do was take the garbage out to the bin. No muss or fuss around washing linens, cleaning and putting away dishes, etc. Finally, a cleaning fee that includes someone else cleaning! :-) Thanks!
