This is by far the simplest to access, best communication, and very clean Vrbo ive used . It is perfect for a Fredericksburg stay. has just what you need, great outdoor area, and indoor area to relax when not out on the town. will definitely stay here again!

Great spot situated very close to Main Street but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The hot tub was amazing and we got used it every night! The bed was excellent and overall the unit was very well furnished and private. AC worked very well and ceiling fans in every room was nice touch.

Great spot. Was very cozy and had a great hot tub under a tree. A couple of blocks from main street and very peaceful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Pretty inside, nice and clean overall. Loved the cowboy pool…came in the summer so the water was a bit too hot for it, but otherwise it was awesome! Be careful walking around inside barefoot…some of the rocks from the driveway made it inside from people’s shoes and I stepped on a few. Very very minor! Awesome place.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Wonderful location - super cute place - has everything you need to be comfortable in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants.

Hot tub was perfect, the AC was amazing. I loved this cozy property and we could walk to lots of fun stuff- parking is easy right on site. Looks like the property shares walls with another section but you couldn’t hear each other, super quiet.

Great location!

Clean, small property in a great location two blocks from Fredericksburg Main Street. Good shower and comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for much more.

2025 Planning Retreat

I had an amazing stay for my personal retreat, and it was everything I needed! The hot tub was an huge plus and I left feeling refreshed. I’d totally recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

We only stayed one nite. Such a quaint place. Nice and quiet. Close to Main Street. We definitely will tell friends and go back.

Quiet, Close, Comfy Cozy

This property is exactly as advertised! It’s a short walk to/from Main St. and all the shops, food, and drinks. We loved having the ability to walk and enjoy ourselves while being close to our room. The jacuzzi was private and very nice at night after a day of fun. The room was clean and well maintained making this a very pleasant experience. We will be seeking this property again for our next trip to Fredericksburg!

My friend and I loved this charming, clean and functional studio. Communication from the host was on point. The only improvement I would suggest is to increase the water pressure for the rainfall shower. The lack of water pressure was a bit disappointing. If that's the worst thing I can think to complain about, that's pretty good. It felt private, which was very important, as well as well prepared to meet the needs/wants of any guest who books it. Great job!

Cozy place to land

Property location is excellent being within walking distance of downtown and a short driving distance of many lovely wineries. The hot tub was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback is that the floors are loud and the walls are thin, so you can hear the other occupants in the adjoining property walking and talking. Also, it could use a second mirror (preferably full length) outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a great place to land after a day in the vineyards and a night on the town.

Two days for two! Perfect

We decided to get away for a few days before heading back to work after the holidays. The place was perfect for the two of us! Easy access to all the Fredricksburg activities and very nice accommodations .We had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub because of the weather and timing. That was the only disappointment for us. The only thing we would add is a TV in the bedroom just because that is what we are use to. We certainly recommend this charming place for your next get away.
