We were so happy with our stay! It was so comfortable for our family. We appreciated the games and toys for kids as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. It was so well stocked! So many vacation rentals leave you with only enough supplies for a few days. This home had plenty for the whole week. Kelly was quick to answer questions! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location! The private beach was a nice amenity, especially for a quick swim or to watch the sunsets. The only thing that we wished we had was a better grill. The grill was small, dirty, and rusty. We love to grill out but was only able to once because it just didn’t work well. Thanks for a great stay- Cape Charles is a wonderful town!

Went on a family vacation with 5 adults and 4 kids. Everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. The house was exactly as described. It fit us all easily, with room to spare. The hosts were super attentive. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were ample extra towels and linens. The only issue with the cleanliness was that the carpets needed to be cleaned. However, Kelly informed us about this issue in advance. So it really was not a big problem. Overall, a great stay! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house is really well kept and well appointed. It was too early in the season for the pool to be open, but we were able to go to the beach and take advantage of many of the other activities available in town. So charming. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful, in excellent condition, and in a great location. Kelly was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to any questions I had. We had a wonderful family trip for the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Nice place to stay. Host as very responsive. Only wish we could have used the fireplace :). We did not use any of the amenities but I am sure they would have been wonderful!

Great spot for our spring break mini trip!

The house was well-positioned (to beach and downtown), and well-appointed! We enjoyed being right by the bay and a short golf cart ride to downtown. The access to bicycles and kayaks was an added bonus! We’d recommend and hope to return!

Family Vacation

The house was as advertised . Easy access to beach - very nice having beach chairs , floats and kayaks there for our use . Owners were very responsive to our needs.

Great property, fantastic location!

My family and another could not have enjoyed our stay more. The property was clean, convenient, comfortable and quiet. This was our first trip to Cape Charles and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely getaway to Cape Charles

The house had everything we could need. It was bright, well furnished and the porch was a delight to sit in. We took the beach chairs and headed around the corner to sit on the beach in the late afternoon--perfect!

Great location. Owners are excellent to work with. Only 1 complaint. No crab claw crackers… LOL I would bring extra bath towels next time. Would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped. The upper room was a nice nook for kids. We enjoyed the convenient walking distance to downtown and ice cream. The calm traffic made for low stress runs exploring the area.

Perfect family beach house.

This is the second time that we stayed here and it has been perfect. We loved the house and the shallow beach. I'd recommend for family and young kids.

Wonderful stay!

Hosts were great with their communication and flexibility with our request for an early check-in. Home was clean, spacious and light filled. Would definitely book again.
