This beautiful 1100 sq ft townhouse is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in a quite neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville or the Smokey Mountains. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have queen size beds (linens are included). With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. Also, it is located just minutes from the dining and shopping center Biltmore Park Town Square! Love it!!!

We really enjoyed our stay!!! Great townhouse in a perfect central location to everything such as the biltmore, great food , the city, and amazing nature. Very clean and the host was very helpful. Would stay again!

Clean, Comfortable & Private home

This property was clean, easy to access, and very conveniently located for our tennis tournament. The description is very accurate and it is a comfortable place. Communication from the property manager is excellent and they are quick to respond. The home is well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and soap and the kitchen is well supplied. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our three nights in this clean and cozy townhouse.Beds were comfortable with soft linens. A/C adjustable to your comfort level. Washer/dryer a plus. Everything well-maintained. Quiet neighborhood.

Felt like home

The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was in working order. Furniture was comfortable in the living room. The only thing was the mattress in the primary was not comfortable. Let the owners know and they appreciated it.

Great place to stay

Great Place to stay

This is the second year that we rented this townhouse to visit family at Christmas. It is convenient to everything, very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. .

Awesome property

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay...we have rented many places in VRBO and this was the best by far. So affordable, clean, spacious and well appointed. Who could ask for more?

In a word…. Incredible!

This was the perfect place for our visit to Asheville. Communication with the host was perfect. Checked in us during our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches to truly make it a home away from home. Walking in the front door to see a decorated and lit Christmas tree was the perfect touch!

Perfect location

We went to Hendersonville, downtown Ashville and Biltmore Village. All were convenient from this very clean, cozy duplex.

Perfect for us

The Arden location is a short drive from Biltmore, downtown Asheville, the Arboretum, and most of the other attractions the area has to offer. Clean, completely stocked, washer and dryer are a bonus. Perfect for a couple, this is our third stay.

Lovely Location

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils necessary. The location makes it easy to get around the area, while being out of the hustle and bustle. Even had a friendly visit from a ground hog off the back porch each evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

This was the perfect place. Had a nice desk to be able to work and the property is in a great location to enjoy all the area has to offer. The house was clean and Renee had excellent communication. Definitely planning to make this a yearly routine.

Terrific option for Asheville area

We had a great stay at this townhouse. Everything described was accurate and it was extremely convenient for everything we needed to do during our time in Asheville. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Renee even touched based to be sure everything was just right. We highly recommend this property and will look to stay again on future visits to the area.

Very Clean

Property was very clean which we appreciate, hostess was very attentive and quick to respond, property is centrally located, kitchen well equipped. This was not a vacation for us, we rented because we had no water for a week and needed some relief. The wifi was out but that was due to Hurricane Helene.

Good for the price

Great location. It needed to be cleaned better. The decor is older and dated. It had a musty smell. It had everything we needed and lots of channels to choose from. Comfy couch. The stairs are difficult and narrow to go up and down. Next time we decided we would pay for a little bit nicer and cleaner place.
