This beautiful 1100 sq ft townhouse is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in a quite neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville or the Smokey Mountains. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have queen size beds (linens are included). With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. Also, it is located just minutes from the dining and shopping center Biltmore Park Town Square! In a word…. Incredible!

This was the perfect place for our visit to Asheville. Communication with the host was perfect. Checked in us during our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Lots of little touches to truly make it a home away from home. Walking in the front door to see a decorated and lit Christmas tree was the perfect touch!

Very Clean

Property was very clean which we appreciate, hostess was very attentive and quick to respond, property is centrally located, kitchen well equipped. This was not a vacation for us, we rented because we had no water for a week and needed some relief. The wifi was out but that was due to Hurricane Helene.

Awesome property

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay...we have rented many places in VRBO and this was the best by far. So affordable, clean, spacious and well appointed. Who could ask for more?

Perfect for us

The Arden location is a short drive from Biltmore, downtown Asheville, the Arboretum, and most of the other attractions the area has to offer. Clean, completely stocked, washer and dryer are a bonus. Perfect for a couple, this is our third stay.

Great place to stay

This was our third time staying at this location. It is a perfect location to visit family who live in Asheville. It is close to shops and restaurants.

Perfect location

We went to Hendersonville, downtown Ashville and Biltmore Village. All were convenient from this very clean, cozy duplex.

Enjoyed our stay at your clean and quaint rental property.

We are looking to possibly relocate to the Asheville area and we found this property at a great location in our travels around the city to various parks and parkways, restaurants, the Biltmore Estate and grocery shopping. It was very clean and comfortable. According to my son, the only thing missing was an ice cream scoop. Ha! Thanks

Great place to stay

Great Property

This was the perfect place. Had a nice desk to be able to work and the property is in a great location to enjoy all the area has to offer. The house was clean and Renee had excellent communication. Definitely planning to make this a yearly routine.

Lovely Location

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils necessary. The location makes it easy to get around the area, while being out of the hustle and bustle. Even had a friendly visit from a ground hog off the back porch each evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean Duplex in Central Location

Nice duplex. No one renting the other side. Very clean and included everything you need. Easy access to so many places like Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, plenty of food and shopping nearby. Highly recommend Biscuit Head for breakfast fast with delicious biscuits and homemade jam bar. Stone Bowl Korean is directly across the street. Both are worth multiple visits! The home is just off Hendersonville Road which can be a bit noisy at times. The beds are very soft. Neither of these comments would deter me from staying here again. Renee was extremely hospitable without being intrusive. Clear she cares about her guests wellbeing!

Long weekend

We visited The Biltmore which was only a 20 minute drive from the condo. The condo is just as advertised - we will go back.

Terrific option for Asheville area

We had a great stay at this townhouse. Everything described was accurate and it was extremely convenient for everything we needed to do during our time in Asheville. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Renee even touched based to be sure everything was just right. We highly recommend this property and will look to stay again on future visits to the area.

Great Place to stay

This is the second year that we rented this townhouse to visit family at Christmas. It is convenient to everything, very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. .

Very nice apartment - big and clean and a lot of amenities. It's nice to have a washer and dryer available. Nice outdoor patio. Would have sat out there but the weather wasn't great.
