This beautiful 1100 sq ft townhouse is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in a quite neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville or the Smokey Mountains. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have queen size beds (linens are included). With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. Also, it is located just minutes from the dining and shopping center Biltmore Park Town Square! The home was cozy and festive for the holidays. There were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm. The host quickly accommodated requests for additional needs. We even left some items behind that the host was gracious to coordinate with us to get these items back to us.

Great Place to stay

This is the second year that we rented this townhouse to visit family at Christmas. It is convenient to everything, very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Will definitely stay here again. .

This house was perfect for us! It was very comfortable and extremely clean. Id definitely recommend this place. It was close to everything we wanted to do and felt very private.

This property was conveniently located & much more comfortable for our family than a hotel; we were attending a family 3 day wedding event. The unit was perfect size for us & the cleanliness was one of the most impressive in rentals I've stayed in. Also, host made sure unit was stocked with essentials saving us valuable time...if there were more stars this host & place would have earned them.

Awesome property

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay...we have rented many places in VRBO and this was the best by far. So affordable, clean, spacious and well appointed. Who could ask for more?

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our three nights in this clean and cozy townhouse.Beds were comfortable with soft linens. A/C adjustable to your comfort level. Washer/dryer a plus. Everything well-maintained. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location

We went to Hendersonville, downtown Ashville and Biltmore Village. All were convenient from this very clean, cozy duplex.

Clean, Comfortable & Private home

This property was clean, easy to access, and very conveniently located for our tennis tournament. The description is very accurate and it is a comfortable place. Communication from the property manager is excellent and they are quick to respond. The home is well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and soap and the kitchen is well supplied. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

The Arden location is a short drive from Biltmore, downtown Asheville, the Arboretum, and most of the other attractions the area has to offer. Clean, completely stocked, washer and dryer are a bonus. Perfect for a couple, this is our third stay.

We visited The Biltmore which was only a 20 minute drive from the condo. The condo is just as advertised - we will go back.
