This condo was perfect for us - 75 year old couple with a slight walking disability. This condo was on the first floor, but the view is like being on the 3rd floor. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. We were very pleased.

From first communication until checkout, the host was wonderful! The property was spotless and tremendously stocked in comparison to many others we’ve stayed. The amenities were so much fun! The best part was the positioning of the end unit condo up against the lake view. I’ve never seen a more beautiful sunrise! My only regret about our stay was not staying longer!

What a beautiful well maintained condo! Very clean and everything you could possibly need being away from home! The view was amazing! Karen was an exceptional host extending patience and kindness on some of our arrival and departure mishaps brought on by us!! Thank you for a wonderful week at your home!

Such a great place. It was a perfect weekend trip to SML. Convenient to everything...able to dock our boat rental and pop in and out. The place was exceptional. Beautifully decorated, clean and with amazing views of the lake. Communication with owner was fantastic. Highly recommend !!

We stayed at this very lovely condo in November. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy the absolutely beautiful lake views. We also loved the sunroom. Even when it was chilly outside, we enjoyed sitting in the glassed-in room and soaking up the warmth of the sunshine, looking out at the lake. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and clean condo. Loved the enclosed balcony with the option to open the sliding glass in the front and being a corner unit you had two windows on the side which let the air circulate. The ceiling fan out there was another excellent addition. We enjoyed sitting out there sipping a cocktail and listening to music while we enjoyed the view of the lake. We really didn’t use any of the amenities except for the ease of walking to diner at Tiffs Lake front and grabbing coffee at the market in building one. Parking was easy and with the condo on the main level there were no steps or elevators.

Nice condo on the marina

The condo was as described, clean, had a nice kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the sun room that opens up and overlooks the docks and lake. Even though there were rambunctious kids next door, it was quiet in the room. We rented a boat from Mariner's Landing, and it was super convenient to have it right downstairs.

Came in on Thursday night for my son’s wedding at SML Manor on Sept 27 and planned to stay through Tuesday. Had to leave Monday as my husband got a call for an ENT appt opening for Tuesday. The lake view was amazing especially since this was an END unit! Love the high windows and light!Plenty of walking area. Used the gym. Beautiful setting and compound. Would definitely rent again!

My husband and I stayed for two nights at this magnificent condo and we will be back very soon for a longer stay. Not only was the condo spotless and tastefully decorated, the VRBO photographs showed the condo exactly as it is. We received fluffy towels, slept in marvelously comfortable beds, and enjoyed spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Dining is easy with Riff's and Starbucks on the property and other dining establishments just a quick drive out of the complex. The only glitch was that I had trouble opening the key box to obtain the door keys. After many tries, I finally got it to work. The outside entry key code is great security.

Beautiful and very welcoming! Our first time to Smith mountain lake and it was relaxing just sitting on the enclosed porch and watching the boats and jet ski riders. Our condo was on the far end and it was very quiet. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and fishing around the lake. We definately will be back to this condo and Karen was so helpful from start to finish! Also, the guys loved the golf course!!

We absolutely loved this condo, and the view is amazing! It’s a corner unit, so having even more windows with a wonderful view is a huge bonus. The condo is gorgeous, so clean, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Smith Mountain Lake!
