Beautiful Condo, sleeps 6. Private laundry, private spa, plenty of parking. Large master bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd bedroom & full bathroom. Also, offering pull-out couch as third bed. Condo located on golf course. Golf course recently remodeled. Close drive to all shopping and restaurants. Only 20 min to airport or downtown Phoenix. Close to I17 and Loop 101, Cardinals Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex for spring training, and Scottsdale.

This condo is beautifully decorated with all the kitchen and towel supplies you may want! Owner is very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great Spot

This place was great. Easy check in/out, very clean, and great amenities! Close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to the Peoria Sports Complex for MLB Spring Training games. Also easy access to multiple highways. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Training Trip

The condo was comfortable and clean. The check in and out was easy. When we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Mostly user errors and the hosts talked us through resolving them. Would stay again.

Comfortable home away from home

We were comfortable for our 2 week stay. Lots to see and do in Phoenix and area. Hiking was the highlight! 🌵☀️

Family time

Super Condo!!!

Excellent location, well appointed condo. Very comfortable, every amenity you should need is here. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. This was my first VRBO stay, and the hosts were kind and patient with my questions while I figured out the process. Loved it, absolutely will stay here again.

Grate condo

We needed a place that was close to medical facilities and this place worked. It was comfortable, quiet, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to access. Would hesitate to rent it again if we were to return to Phoenix.

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo close to grocery stores, convenience stores, big box stores, & fast food. I was glad to be able to use the washer/dryer on premises. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. I initially had an issue with the patio door not opening but the owner remedied the issue very quickly. The bathroom was a nice size to move onto for the week. The bed in the master bedroom was mostly comfortable but I would’ve preferred a firmer, less flimsy pillow. All in all I had a good stay and thought it was priced appropriately.

Quiet neighborhood

Great location. Tiffany was very helpful and responsive. We had a great family day at the Bellair Driving Range just a couple blocks walk. Condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

2nd time around......

We stayed here last year, and enjoyed it so much we came back! More than enough room for the two of us. Everything we needed was there. We are in AZ for Spring Training every year and this condo was close enough to almost all of the fields along with restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the TV's and Tiffany and Eric came over and fixed it the night we arrived. Very nice couple.

Needs new furniture

Needs a door on master bath room ( barn door wood work ) small bed veery uncomfortable! ( and very load ) Used sofa bed 2nd night better then bed ! Use indented laundry soap ( pillow cases smell / if you noise is sensitive) good location ! And vey nice to have a place to relax .

Nice little place

Nice central location for our golf outing. Hot tub was amazing. Grill was great. Kitchen had enough cookware to make cooking easy. Beds were comfortable. A nice little place

Just right

This condo was just perfect for our stay. Centrally located for our activities. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything we needed was available. The price was good. Tiffany, the owner, was super easy to work with and responsive. We will use this place again.

2 night stay

Stayed night before and of our wedding in town. Quick short stay. Property as described, had everything we needed. Received check in info in a timely manner. No issues with our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Our stay.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. It was quite, no loud noises or parties in other condos. The owner even let us store our jet boat in her own fenced in back yard. That was totally unexpected. Thank you so much.
