Private Western chalet amongst the pinions overlooking Torrey. Patios surround living room, bedroom, kitchenette and a 3/4 bathroom. Tucked away in a central location near the intersection of highway 12 and 24. Disc Golf Course on property (See Udisc.com and bring your own discs). **************************************************** If you choose to book, read the messages we send to you within the VRBO messaging system. App with notifications/textmessage enabled is recommended. *****************************************************Do not arrive before 3 PM without permission. *****************************************************No pets allowed, including ESA. Pet friendly lodging is available at The Rim Rock Inn. If you will be bringing a working service dog, please tell me. ****************************************************** IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ZOOM OR OTHER LIVE STREAMING VIDEO CALLS OR LIVE INTERNET WORK, DO NOT BOOK US (live meaning that buffering is inappropriate or unavailable). Our internet is good and works well for casual internet use and tv/music streaming (buffer will prevent pause), but it fluctuates and drops for about 3 seconds every few minutes, so your zoom meeting will drop. Great Location

The cabin is located in an ideal spot close to Capitol Reef National Park. It was well stocked and clean. Very comfortable for my husband and I. Check in and out processes were clearly communicated. The dark night skies offered fantastic star gazing right from the porch.

Great access to Capitol Reef National Park!

Wonderful cottage/cabin - perfect layout for a couple! Great view of the night skies, and Capitol Reef NP is only about 10-15' away! Easy access to town of Torrey for basic groceries. Really enjoyed our stay - highly recommended!

Cabin in the Wild

Once we read the directions again we found the wonderful cabin and were able to open the lock. Well appointed and fun to stay in. One point, the upstairs bedroom may be difficult for older or handicapped persons.

Tranquil Torrey Retreat

Our stay was so comfortable, relaxing and just what the doctor ordered after multiple days hiking in Utah’s National Parks. The hummingbird’s were an added bonus!

Utah road trip

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin is situated in an ideal spot to explore capitol reef national park and surrounding areas. The cabin is well stocked and clean with clear communication from our host about check in/out processes and ideas for hikes and things to do in the area. The biggest perk in our eyes was the dark skies at night that offered fantastic star gazing right from the porch!

Wonderful

Wonderful stay. Everything from the decor to the view was spectacular. The bed was so comfortable and the cabin had all of the amenities you could need. You could not find a better location near Capital Reef. I hope to be back one day!

Great, quiet location. A wonderful stay!

The Torrey Pines cabin is really great. It has the best surroundings of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. It is not completely isolated but there are only a few houses in the area. The landscape was stunning! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the ammenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable. And the hosts were very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this cabin for it's cleanliness, comfort, proximity to Capitol Reef, and peaceful surroundings.

Cute Private Cabin in Great Location

My husband and I stayed here in early October 2023. Check in was easy and the host was nice. The place was clean and comfortable in a great location. I recommend this rental for exploring the nearby national parks! Karen

Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful time in this little hut! Impeccably clean, very close and views to die for. Our kids loved the hummingbirds that visited the veranda all the time! Very close to capitol reef with great hikes (we recommend grand wash with cassidy arch) Thanks again to Meaghan and Jon for having us and making our kids so comfortable with an extra mattress!

Great Cabin Near Capitol Reef

We had a great stay just outside of Torrey UT. The cabin was nice and clean and there was great communication from our host. There was great information in the cabin regarding hikes and other areas in the vicinity to check out. Great views of the night sky! I got some excellent pictures of the Milky Way. All the hummingbirds busy at the feeder on the front deck was a treat to see in itself. We will definitely be staying here again when we make a return visit, and I highly recommend that others check it out as well.

Torrey Pines is Great!

We stayed 4 night in the Torrey Pines. It was a flawless experience. The property is incredible and the check in process was easy. If you are looking for a place to base your Capitol Reef experience from, this is your place. My favorites are the wrap around deck for viewing the incredible night sky and the sunrises. Also really enjoyed the family of hummingbirds that came to visit every morning as we had our coffee on the deck. I recommend this property whole heartedly!

This cabin was definitely cozy, cute, and comfortable! There were plenty of seating choices inside and out. The decor, house plants, front porch, back deck with pergola, upper balcony, and landscaping were delightful touches. The refrigerator is dorm size, but everything else was lovely!

Outstanding in every way

A beautifully designed and well-maintained property, spotlessly clean and with all the comforts of home. Quiet secluded location with 360-degree views, just a few minutes from Capitol Reef NP and the town of Torrey. Many nice touches, including a wrap-around deck, upper-level balcony, and a good selection of maps, brochures, and books about the area. Highly recommended!

Charming Comfortable Cabin

The pictures do not do this cabin justice! The well placed windows fill the rooms with light and frame spectacular views of the countryside. The owner has done a fabulous job of providing all the necessary amenities, making you feel as comfortable as possible in this lovely cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking the national park and looked forward to returning to this welcoming cabin in the evenings.

The cabin was perfect for us . Clean , beautiful area. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in the area. I can not think of one complete. My wife and I were just talking about coming back there next year. It really was one of our best vacations. Thank you very much.
