Spacious Home “The Nest” in the heart of Torrey

Come visit this cute small town we call home. We are located in the heart of Torrey, located a block away from the Chuckwagon General Store as well as shopping at the locally family owned Torrey Trading Post.

Our rental is a 1400sq ft 1 bedroom one bathroom full kitchen with washer/dryer fully furnished piece of heaven that sleeps 6. Come sit back and relax on the back deck with beautiful views of Boulder and watch the sunset. We are a five minute drive away from the Velvets as well as a 10 minute drive from Capitol Reef National Park. If you’re interest include hiking, fishing, four wheeling side-by-side riding or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery there are many places such as Cathedral Valley, Hickman Bridge, Burr Trail, and Fish Lake.

Very very nice clean place. Fully stocked with linens, towels, blankets, kitchen utensils and necessities. Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful place.

This place is wonderful! If you're debating between this and other properties nearby I'd definitely recommend this one. It's spacious, walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Torrey, and close to the Capitol Reef visitor center. The back patio was great for relaxing and had a wonderful view. It does only have 1 bathroom but that was manageable for my group.

We used this apartment as our base for Capitol Reef. It was a perfect location, close to the park and very clean with new appliances, a nice balcony to relax on and a comfortable bed. Prior to check in, we had not some received information from VRBO, and Nichole, the owner, quickly responded and answered all of our questions. We would stay there again if visiting Capitol Reef.

Great stay at a great location.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, super clean and awesome service. The owners were friendly and took care of any request right away. We loved our stay and look forward to coming again when we come back to visit Capitol Reef NP.

Jacqueline and guest we’re here for a few days during the fort desolation festival and you would never have known that they were even here, cabin was in immaculate condition all House rules were followed. Definitely recommend and would love to have them back.

This was such a convenient location right in the heart of the town, yet in a secluded setting surrounded by beautiful land and mountain views. It was so clean and comfortable and designed with quality and attention to detail. We would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Nichole!

Such a perfect stay on our road trip to see the Capital Reef area! Quiet, comfy bed, clean, private and everything you need to make your vacation stay wonderful. The sun setting over the mountains was another enjoyable unexpected touch. 100/100 stay here again. Thanks Nichole for a great stay!

Nice property right in the middle of Torrey

So close to Capitol Reef. Unit was very clean, easy communication with owner, and we had no issues during our stay. View from the back balcony was beautiful. Would def stay here again if we return to the area.

Visiting Capital Reef National Park

Great property! Some places look like the pictures.. but not really. Same here but in a good way! We loved the place and so convenient to visit Capital Reef. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful place to Stay

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful setting. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous with mountain views. The Nest was perfect in every way. So clean and had everything you could want for your stay in a peaceful setting within a family home. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you Nichole for sharing your lovely home :))

Perfection!! This bungalow over the garage was perfect for us. Super clean and well appointed. Easy drive to Bryce National Park. We had great communication with the host - very responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again - no questions about it.

Great stay near Capitol Reef!

Brand new, very clean, and a great location-walking distance to Torrey with restaurants and a great coffee/pastry place, and just a few miles from Capitol Reef. Worked great for my 2 sisters and I - we each had our own (very comfy) beds. A nice little balcony overlooking the fields and mountains beyond. A very nice and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Very clean. Met our needs very nicely. We were able to catch up on laundry too. Nichole was sensitive to our needs and an outstanding host.

Lovely and comfortable

Modern and spacious apartment, part of a larger ranch-residential property. Covered outside deck with mountain views. Two comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, nice shower. Near to Capitol Reef. Highly recommended.

Amazing views, Great location

This property has amazing views and is located within walking distance to downtown Torrey. The property was spacious and has all the kitchen amenities you need. The views from the back deck are amazing and it’s so close to Capitol Reef National Park. We would definitely stay here again. You can pick up a boxed lunch from Chuckwagon to take with you to Capitol Reef and I highly recommend Color Ridge Farm and Creamery.

Good Location

This is essentially an in-law apartment above the garage. It was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed there. It was a pretty and quiet location. It is in the heart of Torrey, so easy access to everything there as well as a short drive to Capitol Reef. The host was very quick to respond to messages. I would stay there again.

Great Apartment

This is a great above garage apartment. New build with nice finishes. Better in person than pictures can show. It’s a great place to hold up while visiting all the sights around Capital Reef NP.
