Perfect location for everything we wanted to see. The house made a wonderful home base to rest comfortably with kiddos. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay and used this place as a home base for visiting Capitol Reef, about a 20 minute drive away. The view from the front porch is stellar! Would highly recommend.

Clean and he everything needed to cook and cleaning supplies. Didn’t have to go to town for any essentials. We were on motorcycles and worked out great.

The location was marvelous. The house was small but adequate. The hot water smelled like Sulphur but could be easily fixed by removing the anode rod from the water heater. . We enjoyed our stay.

This location very quiet. WiFi would cut in and out but we managed. Quick access to Capitol Reef park.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental!. You are close to Capitol Reef, we went almost everyday. And we even made it to Goblin Valley, Kodachrome, and Escalante Petrified Forest Starte parks, plus Natural Bridges National Monument AND Valley of the Gods. It is a great location to reach so many parks in the area!It has almost everything you need when you are visiting. Laundry machines would have been a bonus but there are places in Loa or Torrey to get that done if needed. This is our second stay and we would go again in a heartbeat!

Cozy little place. Cleanliness could use improvement especially the bedding, and outside grill. Short on amenities such as towels wash clothes, dish towels, garbage sacks etc. Great location especially for bird watching, cranes, geese etc.

The neighbor's dogs visited my dog a few times. The pasture behind the house was a good place to walk my dog. Thousand Lake Mountain was in front, and Boulder behind. The former's lower cliffs were lit up in the evening glowing red.

Private, convenient little home

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the views in the surrounding area. There were several amazing hikes nearby without even having to go into Capitol Reef. The house had all of the basics and was a comfy place to stay.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed staying at this cottage near Bicknell, UT. It was a great base for our explorations of Capitol Reef National Park and Grand Staircase - Escalante area. We enjoyed the views from this location and the sunsets were fantastic. The cottage met all our needs during our stay.
