Olde New House is a sublime choice for your next Cape getaway! Spacious and centrally located within walking distance of Rockport's beaches, this property features modern amenities and a well-equipped kitchenette!

This apartment is located a short walk from Bear Skin Neck (Rockport’s scenic shopping area) and an easy stroll from the three town beaches. Harvey Park, right across the street, hosts a farmers market every Saturday morning until October 19. The Annual Rockport Jazz Festival runs from August 4-11 at the fabulous Shalin Liu Performance Center close by, where you'll find many other first-class performances as well. The Rockport Legion Band’s free summer outdoor concert series at beautiful Back Beach runs from July 14 through August 25. Rockport’s LobsterFest and fireworks display will be held on August 10-11, and Halibut Point State Park has lovely walking trails for your enjoyment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
