Our team responded promptly and provided guidance during your arrival to clarify any misunderstanding. When you mentioned the Wi-Fi issue, we contacted the internet service provider right away to investigate, as the service is active and fully paid. We also provided real-time troubleshooting steps in an effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. At no point did we refuse to help or ignore your messages. Regarding the condition of the unit, the home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival. Had we been notified about specific cleanliness concerns during your stay, we would have arranged for housekeeping to return immediately. The furniture and layout are accurately represented in the listing; however, minor décor updates and normal wear can occur over time and do not affect the functionality or quality of the accommodation. The reservation policy was clearly stated as non-refundable at the time of booking. Despite this, we still reviewed your request to see if any accommodation could be made. Your decision to rebook elsewhere was made before we were given a reasonable opportunity to fully address and resolve the concerns. We always aim to provide a comfortable experience for our guests and remain available to assist whenever issues arise. We regret that you chose to end your stay early rather than allow us the chance to make things right.
