Featuring a king bed with gas fireplace, two queen beds, queen futon, queen sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen, Rocky Mountain Retreat 2 offers a luxurious setting amid mountain décor in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. Enjoy spectacular mountain views, a personal hot tub, gas grill, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, satellite TV, and complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. This unit has a window air conditioner. Downtown shopping and dining rests minutes from your door with Rocky Mountain National Park just 1 ½ miles away. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps ten people (maximum of 3 cars on property). Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit and no smoking, please. Ideal for larger groups or family reunions when combined separately with neighboring Rocky Mountain Retreat 1 to sleep twenty-two.

Great views, relaxing atmosphere, excellent amenities. Everything you need close but not too close to Estes Park and the grandeur of the Rockies.

Cute Cabin

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Great views from the deck, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable.

Spacious and clean cabin. Check-in was easy, location is 5 min from town, quiet and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Saw deer and elk every day. Will certainly plan to stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The house was beautiful and so was the location. We had more then enough room for everyone and the kids absolutely enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for the great vacation. We will definitely be back.

Would do it again

Family stayed here b/c in town for a wedding. Conveniently located. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Loved the rustic cabin feel.

Great Location

Beautiful property and a great location just a few minutes drive to downtown. The house was clean and had enough room for all 10 of us(6 adults, 4 kids). The hot tub was great with a beautiful view.

Amazing getaway!

My family (husband and two kids) had a lovely stay for two nights at the Rocky Mountain Retreat. Quaint looking outside, but very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable inside. We enjoyed the views, hot tub and amazing recreation just minutes away at Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely come back!

Grill did not work, otherwise excellent

FYI tried to use grill would not get above 200 degrees

Mary, Thank you for this feedback. We just replaced the grill this summer so it could be that the temperature gauge could not be working properly. We will look into this.

Mountain visit

Cabin was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. Clean and well kept. Hot tub was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable. Cabin was easy to find and get into and host was responsive to our needs. Close to park and lovely views of the mountains. Fireplace was warm and cozy. Location was quiet and peaceful. We saw elk and heard coyotes right out front of the cabin! We stay in this area often and this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. We’d love to come back in the summer so we could sit out on the porch and enjoy the views even more. Only issue was kitchen items that we needed (hot pads, sponge, coffee filter, vegetable peeler) weren’t in kitchen—host responded quickly to our requests but it would be nice to have those basics there already.

Needs some maintenance work

Toilet seat in middle bathroom broke. Need light bulbs in middle bedroom and the back deck. Nails sticking up on the back decks. Outside chair needs top rung screwed back on. Dresser in master bedroom draws fall out. Fireplace does not work in living room. Otherwise, we loved it.

Clean, great location, great views

Close to Rocky Mountain national park, town center, and Stanley Hotel. Great views from the hot tub! Neighbors are about 50ft away or so making it not isolated if that is what you are looking for. Far enough to not notice anyone. Had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!

Great stay, can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay tor a getaway long weekend. So close to Estes sites and shops, and a great layout with super clean hot tub! Would have liked an option to check in earlier, but every other aspect of the stay was great. Would recommend taking advantage of the space heaters found in the closet for the living room if you don’t make a fire - we found these too late to utilize and it was a little chilly in that one space. Was very impressed by all the accessories in the kitchen and the many towels readily available.

Comfortable cabin

Great location, beautiful views. I would suggest that instructions be provided on how to turn on the fireplace, and a heads up that there is a person that occasionally comes by to check the water in the hot tub. It is a little startling to see someone outside your bedroom with no warning. We would stay here again.

Great location, great views

We enjoyed our stay with our two adult aged daughters. Great views of wildlife, and loved the hot tub. Only complaint was the microwave was broken and didn’t function. Which I’m sure they will fix.
