Located on beautiful Lake Hamilton, this two bedroom two bathroom 2nd floor condo is in a great location- close to restaurants, marinas, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, and shopping. Recently renovated, sleeps 5 (king bed in master suite, queen bed and twin futon in guest bedroom, comfortable full sleeper sofa in living room). Access to nearby boat tie-ups and pool on premises. Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms and WiFi. Patio with breathtaking view of Lake Hamilton. 10% discount for 7 or more nights and 20% for 28 or more nights.
No on-site parking for boat trailers

This place is perfect for a long weekend at the races. Close to great restaurants and has everything you need.

Labor Day stay

Over all a nice place to stay but had a butter knife that was put up and still had butter on it and the toaster had crumbs left in it. It was a nice place to stay and had a lot of nice items offered like coffee pods and had a wine cooler

In Hot Springs for a weekend wedding

Perfect condo for a getaway

This condo was perfect for our first visit to Hot Springs. Check in was easy, the condo was very clean, and the area was quiet. We enjoyed watching the ducks from the patio. Thanks for letting us stay!

Relaxing by the lake

We enjoyed our stay. It was just too short. Location is great, you look out the balcony at the lake.

Beautiful Property

The host was very informative and descriptions accurate of listing. The property was very organized including phone chargers, games, tv information, etc. We will definitely be coming back and hope property is available during those additional visits.

The views were exactly as the pictures depicted. Michele was responsive and pleasant to work with. The Condo had a great view and location. Very nice time - highly recommend.

absolute perfect time location is perfect. Have stayed in the same location before but different condo. Will definitely rent the same condo again. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful family stay

It’s very cozy. Beautiful lake front view. Shopping right down the street. Has everything you need and some. Definitely recommend 10/10 stay! very peaceful pool right up the hill. Kids my husband and myself loved it will definitely be back.
