We crafted this home to be enjoyed by everybody all year round--from big, extended families, to friends gathered for fun, to travelers seeking peace and tranquility--From seniors, to little ones, and everybody in between. Here's a quick rundown of the property: -4 beds, 3 baths, and over 3,000 feet of luxurious finished living space--no primitive cabin accommodations here! -200' of sandy bottom lake frontage on clean, crystal clear Island Lake -Water toys included (paddle boat, 4 kayaks, canoe, kick boards) -Sleeps up to 12 in beds (King bed in Master, Queen beds in both main floor rooms, two twin-over-full bunks in lower bunk room. Two pack n' plays provided for younger guests.) -Only 10 minutes to downtown Traverse city. We've worked hard to make your stay as luxurious and relaxing as possible. In addition to the beautiful lake, convenient location, and spacious home, here are a few other amenities that we believe will make your stay that much more enjoyable: - Central air conditioning and forced air heating - High speed internet - On-site laundry (detergent/fabric sheets provided) - Amazon Echo (just ask Alexa to play music, check the news, lock and unlock the front door, or recommend a movie time in town) - New high-end furnishings and decor - Smart TVs on the main floor and lower level (DirectTV with premium movie channels, and complimentary Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu) - Recently renovated, high-end, tool and utensils stocked kitchen with dishwasher - Deck space with seating on all three levels - Private master suite including ensuite master bath and gigantic closets - Complimentary toiletries - All linens and towels provided (except beach towels) - Hair dryer in every bathroom - Universal phone chargers, sound machines, and fans in each bedroom -Hangers in all closets. Other things to cover: -We adhere to the good neighbor policy--be respectful of the lake, the property, and our neighbors. Quiet hours on the lake are from 7PM to 11AM. The lodge can accommodate up to five vehicles at one time during the summer, and three vehicles during the winter. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or fully off of the road at the top of the adjacent lot (please refrain from parking across the road, on the road, or anywhere that is not designated lodge property).
