Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condominium located at the much desired Beach Club on St. Simons Island.

This residence features a fully-equipped and nicely updated kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. The dining room table will seat four and there are two bar stools located under the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and en-suite bath with separate shower and garden tub. You will enjoy the décor in the Master! The guest room is suited with two twin beds with charming headboards. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center, and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles (Parking passes will be provided at check-in) **** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
• Oceanfront Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Pier Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great Condo!!

Provided everything that was needed and was close to restaurants, pool, and beach. It was a great time of the year, less crowded than June and July. Everything was provided by the elevators to carry your belongings to the unit. Building was clean and staff was polite. We have found our yearly location for vacation bc there are multiple units to choose from.

Great Potential!

Unit needs some serious updating. Maintenance issues include a bathroom closet door that was off the hinges. No internet upon arrival. Front door lock needs to be replaced. It is not secure.

Great Thanksgiving Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small gathering of four was accommodated very comfortably this Thanksgiving! The condo was clean and with the exception of the kitchen flatware, was equipped adequately. Point being the owner should supply enough spoons, forks & table knives to get through the day. Not a deal breaker, would stay here again, and as usual Real Escapes Realty is the best one on the island, bar none. If you have a problem, it will be resolved.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach.The condo itself was a bit dusty and there was a lot of just extra furniture that seemed excessive. The property management company was excellent, our welcome packet was ready, they called after we got in to check on some things and were very pleasant to work with.

Nice condo & great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Changes had been made to the Internet service on all units prior to our arrival . So, we did not immediately have service. My wife called the building manager’s office. A lady came up immediately to access the situation. Within minutes a service providers’ technician arrived and did a masterful job figuring out and fixing the problem. Cheri was delighted at the quick and expert service and their positive and friendly attitudes. We had no problems afterward. We look forward to returning to the Beach Club.

Annual Family Vacation

We had a great time and loved the Beach Club! The condo was great however would suggest removing some of the extra furniture and large kitchen table. I would also replace the HVAC unit to avoid issues with guest.

Fun and Relaxing at the same time.

Had a last getaway before my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect. Barry on the beach and TheTentGuys were amazing to work with also. But make sure you have ApplePay 1st.

Great condo! Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and decore was nice. The grounds were beautiful and the pool wad clean and quiet. Best if all, the price was right!

Great stay

We love staying at The Beach Club and this time we went through VRBO and it was great. The condo was very clean, well stocked with the essentials and was a great home for the week. Highly recommend. The obly suggestion I have is to maybe lightened up the decor, but that can be overlooked because everything else was great!!

Great location, wonderful beach and pool experience

This was a 4th floor condo. Elevator served. Very clean, but had us stepping back into the Mediterranean decor of the 80's. Kitchen was well stocked. We are former VRBO owners with ten years of experience and would suggest that this owner invest in a Dense Foam topper for the king-sized bed, or replace the mattress. Beach and pool access was great! A good value. We would recommend.

Spring Break getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and the area was convenient to everything. If you like to turn the a/c down super cold during the day, then this condo may not work for you. There was a note that asked not to turn the air under 74 during the day as it may freeze the a/c unit up. This wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for some,
