Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). Add bikes to use for your entire stay for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings.

*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of Bikes during your entire trip: $10/bike.
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

This was our 2nd stay at this property in a month. We had such a great experience the 1st time we decided to come back for my wife’s birthday. The property is centrally located so we could easily get to the beach, pier, grocery store, etc. in just a few minutes drive. The communication from the host is outstanding, clear and timely. We will certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was an easy drive to the pier and to East Beach. The place was more spacious than we thought it was going to be. It was just 2 of us, but could have easily had another couple people stay with no issue. We will definitely stay here again if available. The communication was outstanding as well.

directions to how to get to the property we’re confusing could’ve been done much easier. Passcodes access codes, Internet, codes, pool, codes, etc. should be visible present in the condo laminated so a simple photo can be taken and easily accessed and not have to go back through text messages from the owner every time you need a code that was very cumbersome. Kitchen did not even have salt or pepper have to bring all your own minimal kitchen supplies otherwise complexes just average. It is not close to the beach that is accessible to the public.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. For clarification for future guests, prior to check-in we send a detailed arrival message that includes the exact condo address and building/unit number, a site map, a video showing how to approach the condo, the condo door code, pool code, Wi-Fi name and password, and other helpful property information. We’re also always available by message or our toll-free number if assistance is needed during a stay. The condo is approximately half a mile from the beach, and many guests enjoy the ability to walk or bike there, though we understand that everyone has a different expectation of what they consider “close.” We also appreciate the feedback regarding basic kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper (but please keep in mind, this is something we do stock) and will take that into consideration. We encourage all of our guests to let us know during their stay if something is missing or not meeting expectations so we have the opportunity to help right away.

Property was neat, clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooks the pool and was very nice sitting out there in the evening. Condo was centrally located making getting around quick and easy!

Island Getaway

Great place to stay for a night. We didn’t stay in the unit much except to shower and sleep, but it was clean and in a good area. Communication was fantastic. Would stay again.

Relaxation Get Away

We wanted a couple relaxing days away from it all. That is what we found during our Pool View stay. Comfortable bed, relaxing pool, walking distance to a variety of good food, shopping, parks, and beautiful pier view.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The pool was right outside of our room and finding the room was amazingly easy! If we ever get the chance to return to SSI, we would definitely stay here again!

Guys weekend

Brother in law and I with our 2 teen sons came down to St. Simon's for a weekend of golf and good food. Property was perfect, clean and well located.

Lovely Stay

Balcony overlooking heated pool

Pleasant, well-located place. Quiet neighbors. Short walk to the restaurants downtown. Bike paths are abundant. Always nice to get back to St. Simons.
