Great experience. This was our fourth year in a row staying here. The amenities of the house and the closeness to the beach can’t be beat. We will definitely be back.

The house was extremely clean! My children loved the pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive to any question I had. I would love to come back next year!

Owners are fantastic to work with. Kids love the pool and the house has so many things to keep the kids entertained.

Very nice house and the pool was fantastic especially after a long day at the beach

Very nice and clean - enjoyed sitting on the deck and swimming in the pool. The ping pong table and the refrigerator in the lower level was a plus.

Relaxing getaway

The house was exactly what was seen on pictures. The property was clean, the pool was the favorite spot for the kids, and the proximity to the beach was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities.

Short Walk to the Beach

This is a great location for a family vacation. The beach is a short walk. If you need a break from the beach, the pool is very refreshing.

Family Getaway

The house and property was great! Everything was even better than the pictures. My family had a great vacation and enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Pool and hot tub was a wonderful setup! Thanks to Ben and Kim for great stay.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation

The house was beautiful. The pool was even better. We had 3 adults and 4 children and everyone had a blast. It's a short walk to the beach that wasn't over crowded. Definitely recommend.

Amazing!

We loved staying here. Young kids and adults, short walk to the beach, close to everything. Amenities can’t be beat, everyone was so comfortable. We will 100% be booking this house again!

Perfect Setup and Amenities

This is the first time we’ve stayed at Surf City with a Pool. It was a great option for our group to split up the day. The landscaping is great and we loved the breezeway as well. Very Clean and easy check in.

Wonderful!

This was one of our best family vacations to Topsail yet. The house is in a great location and has so many things to do right on the property too. The house was also really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

This is our second time staying here and the property was, once again, outstanding. Everything was meticulously clean, everything worked as it should, and the owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. We can't wait for our next stay!

We had the best time at this property!! The location is great and I can’t say enough about the pool and outdoor space! The house is very clean and has all the necessary pots/utensils for cooking. The bedrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and the loft area is a perfect bonus space for kids! The owner was great in communicating and making sure we had what we needed. We look forward to staying in the future!

Nice house, great location.

House is well thought out to maximize the outdoor space. It’s a short walk or quick bike ride to the pier area in Surf City. Easy access to the beach.
