We've been coming to North Topsail Beach for many years and decided to bring our in-laws for a long weekend. We has an amazing time, this property was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and provided everything we needed and more! They even extended our checkout time due to bad weather the first day of our trip. We highly recommend this property and will be coming back!

Really enjoyed the beach house! The location was perfection! The hosts were awesome in so many ways and communication was tops! The 4 floors with elevator was much appreciated. Very spacious for put twelve people!Hoping to come back next year with our family!The only minor thing was the king size bed on the third floor was too soft for me but not everyone likes sleeping on a brick like I do.

Great location!! Had a girls trip of 7, all the beds were comfortable and we were not on top of each other. House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great balconies looking out to the ocean and a clean hot tub! Great restaurant right next door too.

Our family, ages 2 months -64 years old, just wrapped up an excellent stay here! There was something for everyone with plenty of porches for relaxing and a short walk to beach and pool plus a nice open floor plan on the top level for gathering. All beds were comfy and plenty of nice bathrooms with awesome showers in the king rooms. The kitchen is well stocked and so nice! The elevator is quite helpful too because there are lots of stairs. I can’t even think of anything we didn’t like!The owners were responsive and also gracious. We could tell that they loved their place and wanted us to too! We will definitely be back!

We loved our family vacation at Once Upon a Tide! The house was beautiful and an easy walk to the pool and beach. Owners were attentive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Decor is beachy and bright, perfect for the shore. It was our first time at North Topsail but we will be back!

This is a perfect family getaway. The beach access is very convenient and the pool is close by as well. Communication with the owner was excellent and they responded quickly. I would highly recommend this property. It is beautifully decorated in the rooms are spacious.

While there were a couple of little glitches, nothing serious, and all quickly delt with.The host, Jeremy and Sara, were very accessible and easy to work with.Check in was smooth as silk, as was check out.

We have stayed many years at N topsail- this was our first time NOT staying in an oceanfront house - we were concerned about that being a mistake. However- We were extremely pleased with our time in this property. The walk to the beach was level and easy ( with great access to the pool as well) which made the distance from the shore irrelevant. This was a well stocked house - everything we could have needed was within reach. Our host touched base with us throughout the week and made us feel very welcome. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

House and location are great, the access to the pool and beach are very easy, only a few steps to either. Kids were able to quickly and easily traverse between either making our stay that much more enjoyable.

We can’t say what a wonderful place this place was overall Everything is so clean and in wonderful condition ,so close to the beach yet the pool is nice too! We loved sitting out on the deck too!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! The house has everything you need to have a wonderful stay and it’s just a very short walk to the pool and beach! Sara and Jeremy are welcoming and very easy hosts to work with. We will definitely be back!

Magical Beach Home

This property and our stay were amazing in every way. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and with pool access. The home was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. We loved the Disney touches as well! Great communication with the hosts too. We will certainly stay here again. Thank you!!

This is an amazing place to stay! Our group consisted of our 92 year old mom, her 6 daughters and 1 niece--a girls getaway.The beds are SOOO comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, etc.The furnishings are excellent quality and the ambience in the home is so soothing. The beach is also very clean and quiet, at least when we were there. There are SO many shells and beautiful beach pebbles! We had so much fun collecting them.We ordered the seafood boil and highly recommend it. It was delicious and such a fun experience to share! We found the owners to be so friendly and kind. They were easy to contact and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the hot tub so much as it was a little cold our first 2 days. Overall 16 thumbs up!

Wonderful Vacation!

Everything you could possibly need is right there. The house is beautiful and clean. The elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. The hot tub is amazing. There are games and puzzles for adults and kids. We have stayed here twice and had a great time! This property and these owners are the best!

Wonderful stay at Once Upon a Tide!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Once Upon a Tide! This home is beautiful and so well taken care of and very very clean! The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils we needed, there were games and puzzles and plenty of sand toys (we added to the sand toy and beach chair collection). The owners are wonderful to work with too! I’m sure we will be returning to Once Upon a Tide!!

Awesome beach house

We had 4 families for a week in October. Perfect location, so easy to walk back and forth to beach. House was gorgeous, new construction and all the amenities you would want. We had lots of kids, the bedroom setup was great. Two rooms with bunk beds made the kids happy. We will definitely rent this home again!
