We truly enjoyed our stay! Tim was accommodating when plans needed to be adjusted. The property was very clean and the beach was easily accessible! There was beach equipment and even a bike to use! We loved that we gad a guaranteed parking space. Excellent place to stay!

What a wonderful cozy place to stay with an excellent view. The rooms are clean. The host was nice and the property amenities were outstanding. We will stay here again.

Place super clean, family friendly. Had beach stuff but needed a little wagon to carry stuff. Talking neighbors they had a wagon provided. No big deal, just a thought. Place is very nice though!

Great Beach Get Away for the Family

Excellent location. The complex is right on the beach. This is a great beach for all ages too. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was nice and quiet at night. I loved the view of the pier from the patio.

Great Location - Easy Access to Beach

We had a lovely time staying at this property. Easy access to the beach and heated pool. It worked well for our family of 4, including 2 young kids. Our messages were quickly responded to and the walk-thru of the property was very detailed. Would stay here again!

Awesome location! Hear ocean waves from your room

We’ve stayed at NCV many times and always love it. It’s an awesome location with ocean view. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and many excellent restaurants. This unit is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation

There was a change in our flight and we arrived early. The property manager was understanding and we were able to check in early. It was very helpful since we were traveling with little kids. My family and I will definitely be back.

Condo had a smell of backed up sewer Christmas Day we checked everything but couldn’t locate it

This place was grt. Remodeled well, had grt features. Nice location with the ocean and pier.

Place was grt for us. Lots of room to relax and very clean. Pool was grt and landscaping was amazing. Down sides were that dishwasher didn’t work to well. Bathroom sink drained slow. Lots of homeless people hanging around. Train was loud at times. Overall though a grt place.

Spacious and clean

We loved our stay, it was our first time in this unit and we enjoyed the extra space of the penthouse. Plenty of bedding, clean fresh towels, fans to use, a good dishwasher- these things matter to us! I would recommend the owners follow up with the building enforcement because someone was smoking near our unit multiple days and with all the windows open that was pretty gross. We've stayed at NCV many times and that's never happened, so I hope they aren't getting lax enforcing that! That's definitely not a reflection of the unit though, thanks for providing a great place to stay.

Beach fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was amazing loved it. Nice well kept property and newer furnishings. The ocean view was not clearly described and didn’t realize it was up stairs in the bedroom. The main floor was nice but facing the train and the noise was a little irritating. Also the tenant down stairs smoked a lot of pot and fumes came through the door. Had to shut them at night. But overall grt. Also tried requesting late checkout and couldn’t here back from any one.

Timothy was amazing at communication and check-in! The unit was pristine and spacious. We'd stay there again. A few things to just be aware of: there is a lovely view from the top floor, (we could check the surf and watch the dolphins) but the entry level looks out over a busy street and the train goes by frequently at night. Ear plugs solved that problem. You also need to bring mosquito repellant for outdoors, especially at the pool. But this is a problem everywhere in SoCal for the last several years. Even uppity La Jolla has them!

A perfect escape

LOVED THIS UNIT. Staying here was a perfect weekend escape. Beachfront view. Walking distance from everything. And a nice and quiet community. Would definitely stay here again!

Listening to the waves

This property was all that I expected. It had best of 2 worlds - balcony view of the ocean, listening to the waves crashing on the sand, and inside view of trees with water features providing comforting sounds. The place was clean and had terrific amenities.

Vacation with the Grandkids

We stayed at this location for 4 nights after a stay at Legoland. Visited with my grandkids 6 & 8 and the other set of Grandparents. (1st vaca away from Mom & Dad) Everything about the place was perfect! Check in process was a breeze. Timothy was communicative with all of the details. The unit was very clean & well stocked. The beach items were a definite plus - chairs, tent, umbrella, cooler - made for fun days at the beach! The location was also perfect - quick walk to the beach and a very short walk to restaurants, gift shops, etc. The building on the other side had a larger pool, but with smaller kids the pool at this unit was perfect. It was never busy and very clean. - We will be back, Thanks for the great memories!

Oceanside Condo

Our stay was nice and smooth. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Was well stocked with kitchen dishware/cooking equipment, lots of beach chairs/boogie boards/toys/etc, plenty of towels/sheets/linens. View from the master balcony was perfect to wake up to and watch the sunset. We wanted to be right on the beach and we were. The complex also offers a really nice pool/gym and other facilities that we enjoyed. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
