Make wonderful family memories at this fabulous 5th floor, 2/2 unit at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #5516 in the heart of Orange Beach. Book your next vacation in this beautifully decorated condo and your loved ones with thank you later!

THE SPACE: Don't worry about what you need because this spacious condo has it all! The kitchen has all NEW appliances and is fully equipped including everything you need to cook your vacation specialties. We supply both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Our dining table seats 4, with 4 seats available at the bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and comfortable seating The master Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, and DVD player. Both bathrooms have a full bath with a tub/shower combo. You have access to your gulf front balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy your meals outside on the patio. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy our inviting amenities which include two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool (located in building 1, heated year-round), picnic area, workout facility, sauna, steam room, free Wi-Fi, cable, spacious picnic area, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. You are located just steps from the beach and a private, coded locked gate is provided at the entrance. Beach chair and umbrella service is available in season. Tents are allowed but must be setup behind the beach service. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.

*Parking pass must be purchased onsite from Front Desk or Security Guard after arrival, limit 2 vehicles, price is subject to change. *Boats and trailers are not allowed on property except when loading or unloading. You must make arrangements to park your boat and trailer offsite prior to your arrival. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *No Pets *No Parties *Non-Smoking Unit. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Great Value and Experience!

We had a great time at this condo. We came down as a girls' trip for a 40th birthday, and this allowed us to have an awesome experience. The location was awesome. It was close to the beach. The pool was clean and offered great late afternoon shade. The beach was super clean and water clear. The condo description was good, but note that there are no trash chutes. You do need to take the full bags to the dumpster in the parking lot. The elevator is close to the condo, so that is convenient without being loud. It was a holiday weekend, and you could easily get an elevator without having to wait long. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. We had 5 adults sleeping (used the sofa bed) and everyone was comfortable! HIGHLY recommend!

Property was even better than the pics. It was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Extremely clean, well designed and decorated! Right on the beach and in a very nice area.

Good overall but a few recommendations;- Lighting is not up to par. Fans missing light bulbs. LED bulbs in fixtures were different color temperatures - some cool white 5000K, others warm white 27-3000K (Bad appearance). Small LED candelabra bulbs in chandelier were a cool color and too dim for dining area. - Tile floor, although broom-clean, left your feet very dirty if you walk barefoot. Needs a strong scrubbing mop-cleaning. - Balcony area, with beautiful view, could use 1-2 “relaxing” chairs (only has 4 upright table chairs)Love the place but it needs a few lighting and furnishing updates. Thanks for listening…BF

Very nice unit at a very reasonable price. The view is incredible. We love the Seaside Resort and probably will always stay there.

Perfect getaway!

The unit was clean and cozy! Communication with the property manager was great. Perfect location - few minutes to get to the beach and most of the restaurants were a few minute drive away. Would stay here again!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

The condo was wonderful! Easy access to the beach. The pool was so nice! The rooms and beds were great. The condo itself, was easy to get in and out of- parking, elevator. The view was stunning! We will be back.

Family vacation

Was close to everything. Good family environment. We had a day with rain all day so was very nice to have a indoor pool to give the kids something to do.

Great Condo, Amazing view

We stayed a long weekend. The condo was newly renovated. The owners were amazing, helped and answered questions in a timely fashion. Location was perfect, Fin and Feathers is a great recommendation!

The condo was very nice with a beautiful Gulf view. The living room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and although we did not cook, we used the fridge and coffee maker. The kitchen has a window overlooking the tennis courts, parking lot and road. Both bedrooms were nice as well. The master bedroom's view of the ocean was beautiful. The 2nd bedroom had a ceiling fan and a box fan in the closet. The window overlooks the walkway outside so light sleepers could be disturbed by noise, but our daughter ran the fan. The balcony was a great place sit in the morning or sit in the evening. The Gulf is beyond the pool, but the view is so nice. I would love to have a few comfortable chairs on the balcony but the table and chairs were okay for morning coffee. The bathrooms were very small. This was the only thing that brought me down to four stars. There is not much room for getting ready and the tubs are small. The master bath has a very thin shower curtain so the air would blow it around. The bathrooms were very clean and had no issues but I would have loved a larger master bath. On the plus side, the unit had liquid hand soap at each sink. Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, along with others in Orange Beach, charges 50 for parking. I don't like to pay rental fees and then add parking. Sea South Properties had great communication and I would rent from them again. They followed up with us after check in which was nice.
