Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 and is located on the East corner of the 2nd floor. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the Guest bedroom 1, a King in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beachs and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Host was great, location was 10 out of 10, amenities were great, and if you plan to spend any time at Flora Bama it is the best location for a condo stay in Orange Beach.

1) The Kitchen chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. We had to bring the deck chairs in to use at the dining table.2) 1 Towel per guest is really short cited, need at least 2.3) The unit needs updating.4) There are some broken kitchen drawers that need to be fixed.5) Icemaker in the freezer needs some work, it gets stuck and doesn't make ice all the time.6) BBQ grills are not propane so it would be nice if someone said you needed to bring your own charcoal in the amenities.Excellent location, nice corner room.

We stayed 4 nights in this unit .. we had a 1 year old with us an unfortunately the floors were VERY VERY dirty upon arrival .. first 10 mins of our baby on the floor his legs were black .. the unit is very nice but I would say the floors need steamed cleaned .. we did end up trying to hand wipe the floors because we did have a baby crawling on the floors .. besides the floors we had a great time an we would book again !

Little details need to be addressed, inside of dishwasher has broken and bent racks. The floor desperately needs a good cleaning, feet were black when walking barefoot, the water cover piece to the Keurig was missing, front bathroom shower drains very slow.The patio view and location of the condo is great. Easy access to everything.

Great Condo, a little too close to Florabama

Overall, it's a great condo. The rooms were great, it was clean, and the indoor pool was nice to have when we had some cold days and weren't on the beach. That said, this particular condo is as close to Florabama as it gets, and you can hear the music in the condo until the wee hours of the morning. I would probably stay at the Phoenix X again, but not this particular unit.

Great property and an end unit which has a larger balcony and the closest possible proximity to the parking garage making it easy to load and unload. Would stay again.

We always enjoy our stay at Phoenix 10. The amenities are nice. The beach access is easy. Check in and check out was super easy. The location is great especially if you want to visit Flora Bama which is next door. If that is not your thing, it is still a nice, quiet place to stay. Things that could be improved: 1 - the floor needs to be deep cleaned. Our feet were black if we didn't wear shoes. 2 - the shower curtain liner in the master bath had mildew all along the bottom of it and the towel rack was not secure. 3 - we were 8 adults and a baby. There were exactly 8 towels and washcloths. It would have been nice to have at least a couple extra. Regardless of these things, the condo was well supplied. We had very easy access to our vehicles and the elevator. We also really enjoyed the large balcony that this corner room had.
