A large fenced in back yard with a fire pit enhances your relaxation options. A Private boat dock with swim platform is just down the road from the property. Just amazing!!! Lee and June are 2 fantastic people you could ever meet. They were always ready to accommodate for any situation or question you had. Highly recommend this facility for anyone to stay at five star!!!!

Perfect Place to Stay with Family

We went down to Arkansa for the solar eclipse and explore the area. This is a nice house to stay in, lots of space for the whole family. Fenced in back yard was great for our two dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk down to the water.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed at Ozark Guesthouse with our 2 dogs for 5 days in March. We were thrilled with our choice! The home is a lovely older home that has been beautifully re-modeled. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the decor is lovely. There was a lot of living space and it would be great for a larger group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for some basic cooking. We brought our own coffee supplies, but there was coffee and filters and powdered creamer in the cabinet. There were plenty of fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were good quality. We especially enjoyed the covered back deck. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard, and the fact that they didn't have to be on a leash constantly. We brought our boat to do some fishing, and were also thrilled with the accommodations for the boat. The boat ramp was paved, and with room to turn around. The boathouse was in great shape, and there were power outlets for charging batteries. (We brought our own extension cord.) The ramp and boathouse were less than half a mile from the house - an easy walk if you don't mind the moderate hill down to the lake. There was space at the house to park the boat trailer. The neighborhood that the home is in was very quiet, with almost no traffic on the street. The hosts were available at their business, which is between the house and boat ramp. June was so easy to work with both before and during our stay. We will be back!

Great house!

The house was well-stocked and very roomy. We had adults, a teenager, and two 11 year olds. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The back yard and the fire pit were awesome! Great place to stay!

Comfortable stay!

This home is spacious and very well maintained. We loved that it was pet friendly and the dogs enjoyed the huge fenced back yard, and we enjoyed the nice back deck and firepit! June was very responsive and a delight to rent from. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

Great Larger Guest House with Lake access and big yard.

The guesthouse was a great place for my family as new boat owners. Very close boat slip, access to a slip with our rental, and the owners helped get the boat in and out of the lake. Large fenced back yard both for dogs and us with a great porch. We enjoyed the house setup, we cook a lot so the open kitchen, living room worked well for us. The kitchen is stocked with the bare essentials so if you like to cook a lot, bring your must haves. The owners, June and Lee, were fantastic and helpful without being over bearing. The location is also good to getting to Mountain Home, Bull Shoals, and a Dollar General that was very close for quick store runs. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

This place has everything you need for an amazing getaway. Our family dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard which also gave us a peace of mind that we weren’t going to lose a member of our family including our smaller children. The staff were more than helpful, willing to help with whatever obstacles we had.

Great place for a quiet getaway

Newly renovated roomy house with plenty of space for everyone. The place is just a short walk from the lake. There's plenty of towels and kitchen had everything we needed. There's a large fenced in backyard with a fireplace that we enjoyed a lot. It's beautiful and quiet neighborhood and hosts are welcoming and easy going. We had a great time and would gladly come back again.
