As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older.
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Great beachfront condo

This condo is great! It has amazing views from all windows and is in a great location convenient to shopping and dining. The condo was very clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The amenities were great. The pools and hot tubs were huge and clean and even though it is a huge resort they never felt overcrowded. The elevators can be challenging especially during check in and check out hours.

The property was not properly cleaned we put my grandson in the floor to play and he got ahold of a peanut that that was missed while cleaning which was not the only one we found by the way he ended up getting chocked and had to be taken to the er there was a roach in the room with the double beds the shared bathroom sink and toilet where stopped up the nobs on the stove had stuff on them the shower in the master bathroom with the beach view shower wasn't cleaned properly the elevator took forever and when my grandson was choking we couldn't get an elevator so my son had to run him down the stairs and ended up getting cut on something in the stairway

Definitely should book, but not on the days I want to go.

Last year vacation was not the best. But this year, wow did this pick make up for me. Not only was Vacasa wonderful with their booking, but the home was beautiful. The only suggestions I have are, get the dryer check. It makes an extremely loud noise, but it did dry the clothes and a television in the bunk room. People complain about the elevators but a ten minute wait is normal in a high rise. The longest I waited was about 15 minutes but it was during check in time which you expect longer waits as people are loading in waiting carts, Secondly, the home was beautifully decorated. Extremely spacious. The owners provided everything including beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagon. There is a Keurig and coffeemaker. Everything you need in the kitchen. and the views are amazing. I can go on but I will let you see for yourself.

Beautiful vacation and home. Will definitely return BUT beware of elevators!!!!!! Don’t be in a hurry. Probably spent 2 hours over 5 days waiting on elevators! We dealt with it by not leaving the building. Buy groceries and stay in. Employees were always awesome.

Clean and very nice Condo.

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the staff and condo but our only issue was the waiting for elevator. It took some time to catch one. I wish there were more elevators and it would be my go to condo all the time!!!

Mini vacation

We enjoyed our mini vacation, with the exception of the elevators and a few other things. You will wait 30 minutes or more for one or you take the stairs. Our room was not clean when we got there we had to wait. Once we got in the room the floors, baseboards were horrible, no mop to be found, one of the tubs wasn't clean. We asked a cleaning person and they just ignored us. We cleaned ourselves. Bathroom sink drain did not work, bathtub drained so slow. Ice maker did not work. As for the room itself it was gorgeous, a lot bigger than it looks online. Plenty of room for a large group. Would stay again but would definitely make sure elevators were working.

The room was very spacious. It was perfect for our family. The view from the balcony was amazing! The ice maker didn’t work and the kitchen sink was leaking. The building is huge so be prepared to wait for an elevator
