Nestled away with a nice view of the mountains. We saw wild turkeys, goats and a groundhog! Close to Downtown Asheville with tons of restaurants and shopping. Peaceful and comfortable!

Ryan did an amazing job of managing our reservations as well as establishing expectations for the space. It is a basement property and he and his family are upstairs. During our stay we never noticed sound from above. The downstairs accommodations were great, with super comfortable bedrooms and baths. The kitchenette is smallish relative to the other spaces in the unit, but it didn't bother us as we ate most meals in town at really good restaurants. We walked to town from the house and it took 10-15 minutes tops. On the walk back you definitely have a hill to climb, but that helped us burn some calories from the meals :)Ryan's description of the property and surrounding area are spot on. The check in went smoothly, and Ryan was very easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly to answer any questions we had. A great stay!

The location, vibe, layout and serenity was on point. Seeing the goats and turkeys were also a highlight. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again!

Communication was prompt and detailed. Tons of local recommendations for places to go, places to eat and things to do. Place was super clean. Quiet area that is super accessible to many places.

Everything we could ask for, the place was great. The Host was the top of the line with all his suggestions he genuinely cares about the guests and all there questions. Great location! Would always recommend.

We were under the impression that there was washer dryer in the facility. We had to go to the laundromat for that. Ryan was an excellent host and took care of any problem quickly. The layout of the unit was a little bit different with the small kitchenette and the positioning of the two bathrooms, but it was very cozy and comfortable.

Great host. Good recommendations, communication and the space was perfect for our 4 day stay. So many things to do and not enough time. Will definitely stay here again. And, Ryan, thanks for going out of your way so we could feed the goats. The wild Turkeys were fun to watch too.

We had a great experience. Ryan and Kelly are super responsive and friendly. We had a couple of minor things come up and they handled immediately. Ryan came out and let us feed the goats which was fun. The kitchen is as stated, a kitchenette, so while good for reheating and making basic things, it is not for big meals you may want to prepare. It is not really within walking distance to town but close by car and near to all activities like hiking, kayaking, The Biltmore and a beautiful drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Asheville is a charming town. We will definitely come back.

This place is ideal for for adults/couples! Bathrooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable! Easy drive or walk to/from downtown Asheville.
