My wife and I are retired schoolteachers. My wife taught Biology in New Jersey (35 years) and I taught Culinary Arts in New York (25 years). We have two children; my daughter is following in her mother’s footsteps and teaches Science, my son is a Lieutenant in the Navy Reserves and a Charter man for an oil company.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Fully furnished and very comfortable, the apartment is convenient to shopping, the beach and some of the best restaurants on the planet. There’s a Tram across the street that runs from Lover’s Key to Times Square all day and into the evening that takes you to some really great destinations on the island. The views are spectacular and because we are on the 6th floor you don’t get a lot of the beach noise! Really relaxing and comfortable!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We have totally renovated our condo (08/25,2019) with all new appliances including a washer/dryer, ice maker in the French door refrigerator Smart stove and microwave. Small appliances include blender, coffee maker, kitchen aide mixer, George Foreman, InstaPot pressure cooker, toaster oven and plenty of Pots, Pans & Utensils. I’m a retired Chef so I was in charge of setting up the kitchen. There’s also a Insinkerator disposal.
PS: There’s a gas BBQ grill down by the beach with table and chairs for you to enjoy while dining and watching the sunset.
