LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.

UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo is perfect for couples or a small family and features a full kitchen with granite tile counter tops and rustic pine cabinetry. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap during the day or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain.

RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)

PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.

Amazing Location - Clean and Easy
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was super clean upon check in. Everything we needed was in good working order. Usually with all the technology to access places, there are hiccups. Not with this app and the Pinnacle team. We received very clear and easy to understand directions on how to use the app to access everything we needed. There was never an issue with the key pads not working which was fantastic. The location is unbeatable. It is equidistant from the Quicksilver Lift and downtown - couldn't have been more perfect! The staff were attentive and very helpful with the few questions we had and we would definitely rent from them again based on our interactions with everyone there.

Epic location but absent host service
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo, less than a half block of the chairlift, was perfect, and there were food, drink and snow services available within a minute of walking out of the building. My complaint was that there was absolutely no help or assistance from the host. It took 30 minutes to find the parking garage, initially, once we arrived at Breckinridge. The people who were at the front desk of the building, did not provide any assistance with services or amenities since our room was not affiliated with their HOA or corporate organization. We tried to get clean towels and linens, mid-stay, since some guests left and a new one arrived, but I could not get any help in this department. I went ahead and purchased towels and bed linens, as well as washing the dirty ones, in the card operated laundry. The hairdryer in the bathroom was nonfunctioning, and I could not contact anyone, over the weekend, for a replacement. Not happy with the host, at all, and I feel like the lack of user friendly instructions and no personal assistance really took away from an, otherwise, beautiful resort getaway. Very disappointed and will look for other options, next year.
