Second floor bed and bath with private entrance, dedicated HVAC, and balcony overlooking the backyard, located in Chesapeake Bay community. Includes 2 extra long twin beds, television with streaming channels (Paramount, Peacock, Prime, Netflix, Samsung t.v.), Wifi, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, and bathroom with shower (no tub). Non-smoking. No pets. No children.

Located 3-5 miles from Bay Bridge, marinas, restaurants, Kent Island beaches, and wedding venues.

Note: Homeowner has 2 cats, which only visit the space when it's being cleaned.

Just Perfect!

This is the perfect option if you're a party of one or two! The accomodations were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is convenient to retail and dining options. The host was communicative and welcoming!

Weekend getaway

My friend and I had a wedding on Kent island and all the hotels in the area were so expensive so we opted for home rental. This place was perfect for a short stay in a nice neighborhood. About 28 minutes from Annapolis and very close to venue. It was very easy to check in and out and place was very clean

Great Little Efficiency on Kent Island

I was meeting some friends for some charter fishing out of Kentmorr Marina and needed a place to stay nearby. Kay's place was the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable with a nice private entrance.

Excellent weekend get-away!

We were in town for a wedding at Kent Island Resort. Kay's place was less than a 10 minute drive away. Kay's place was spacious, super clean and tidy, very nice furniture, and had super comfortable beds. Plus, Kay had bottled water and snacks for us to enjoy. I highly recommend Kay’s place if you’re looking for a fun weekend.

Kent Island Cape Cod Bed and Bath

Excellent! This was our first VRBO stay. The location was great, the accommodations were roomy, spotless and comfortable. The price could not be beat. The hostess thought of everything, could not ask for better.

Sisters Getaway!

Absolutely amazing space. Sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The Mini fridge was filled with water and the basket full of snacks was amazing. Nice quiet area near the water - just a short drive to restaurants etc.

Clean, Quiet, and Peaceful

This is the perfect place and location for a quiet and restful weekend trip. Kay keeps this unit spotless and well stocked with water and snacks, and there are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. We plan to stay here again soon.

Lucky to find this property listing

There were two of us staying here and the accommodations were perfect. The photos on the website are accurate. As an added treat the owner provided plenty of water and snacks. The location is great and easy to get to. The owner was responsive to requests. What put this above a hotel room was the ability to open windows letting in fresh air and nighttime sounds (not traffic). Will definitely be returning if I’m in the area.

Comfortable stay

The stay was great! The space was very clean and accommodating, and the host was very clear with instructions. It was really sweet of her to provide waters and snacks and was the perfect place for our short stay. The bathroom was comfortable and a great size. Our room had excellent air conditioning and provided the perfect amount of space we needed.

Wonderful Weekend Stay on Kent Island!

Kay's communications before our arrival were outstanding. The property was meticulously clean and exactly as described in the listing when we checked in. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood on the Bay side of the island, you can see the Bay Bridge and the Bay while walking along the street. There is a private entry with a door code. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. Kay provides bottled waters, coffee pods, and some light snacks which were much appreciated. Thank you Kay for a lovely stay!

It is also close to Chester, Grasonville, and Queenstown, all of which include a wide selection of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, golf courses, and County wildlife preserves and parks, including pickleball courts!

This is the ideal space for wedding guests or grandparents, who are visiting the area for 2 or 3 nights. It separated from the main house by locked doors, and incudes its own entrance and HVAC system. There is one parking space in the driveway.
