Beds are generally set up as 2 kings - if you need a second king or two twins please request when booking it when you receive entry info .
Total separate entrances so no shared spaces.If you can’t be respectful with noise issues etc to others please DO NOT BOOK This is NOT a party property - 4 max adults at any time per city code . We will lose our license if this rule is broken so it is strictly enforced .

No loud music , PARTIES (or Bach / ette )or smoking of ANY KIND- maximum 4 people at any time in the unit. Breaking this rule results in a $500 fine per city code rules .

The upstairs unit is to use front entrance only . No backyard access as that is strictly for down unit only
