This 1920's Craftsman style bungalow is 1/2 block from the Naval Academy Stadium and within walking distance of the Historic District. Its close proximity to Baltimore, Washington DC and Maryland's Eastern Shore make it a great location for day tripping. This well appointed bright lower level apartment includes many Craftsman details including a custom quarter sawn oak wine bar and kitchen cabinets. The open floor plan includes a living room and fully equipped galley kitchen with Ice Stone counter tops. The apartment offers a bedroom with a full sized bed, full bath with tub/shower and laundry with washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to share the patio and backyard with the main house. A friendly Beagle and Pug may occasionally greet guests in the backyard.

Outstanding hosts and perfect getaway

Spouse and I were in town for a quick visit and football game. Communication and help were some of the best I’ve experienced. I will definitely be looking to stay here again on any future trip.

Amazing stay!!

The property was very spacious and clean. All the amenities were great and it’s conveniently located very close to downtown Annapolis. Communication with host was simple and clear. 10/10 recommend!!

Delightful stay, perfect for Navy Stadium, downtown Annapolis

We were in town for a USNA Class Reunion. The accommodations were perfect with easy access to the stadium and all Annapolis attractions. Rooms were very nice, hosts friendly and communicative. Will stay again if we can.

Cozy little cottage

This charming little apartment was cozy. The garden added to the charm of the property. The location was perfect for exploring Annapolis. There was ample on street parking.

My daughter stayed two nights while visiting her boyfriend at the Naval Academy. She said the place was wonderful and a very convenient location. We plan to book it again!

Great spot in lovely historic Annapolis

This trip was a second extended stay at the property in two years, and it was just as outstanding as the first visit. Five stars for everything: great property, well located, and pleasant and accommodating hosts! No complaints, just wishes that we could have stayed longer.

USNA 40th Reunion

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my USNA 40th reunion! Beautiful, well-kept bungalow apartment was very clean and comfortable. The short walk to the stadium was a great plus for us! Great communication with our host, Sandra, who was very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here for our next visit to Annapolis.

Mini Fall Vacation

I really enjoyed my stay in Annapolis. The apartment was walkable to DTA and the Naval Academy. Super close to Navy’s football stadium. Very quiet during the week and ample parking. It was very comfortable and I had everything I needed.
