This 1920's Craftsman style bungalow is 1/2 block from the Naval Academy Stadium and within walking distance of the Historic District. Its close proximity to Baltimore, Washington DC and Maryland's Eastern Shore make it a great location for day tripping. This well appointed bright lower level apartment with private entrance includes many Craftsman details including a custom quarter sawn oak wine bar and kitchen cabinets. The open floor plan includes a living room and wine bar with fridge/freezer, sink and Advantium Microwave and Ice Stone counter tops. The apartment offers a bedroom with a full sized bed, full bath with tub/shower and laundry with washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to share the patio and backyard with the main house. Friendly pugs may occasionally greet guests in the backyard.

This was a perfect place for 2 people. The location was great, a short drive from downtown Annapolis. The check-in and check-out process were easy and the hosts gave great recommendations for local restaurants. We would stay there again.

Very clean and well laid out. The full size bed was a bit tight for the two of us and the bedroom could easily accommodate at least a queen. Otherwise, very nice and close to downtown Annapolis.

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable with nice decor. Appreciated the tall toilet and nice shower. Cute kitchenette for prep of snacks or small meals (there is a two-burner cooktop, which wasn't obvious in the listing). Self check-in was as easy as it gets. Host answered all of our questions within an hour throughout the process. It is [convenient] street parking, but make sure you ask the host about special parking arrangements on Navy-Marine Corps Stadium event days.

Would have preferred a queen size bed, instead of a full. Furnishings are lovely and 2-3 people fit nicely. Very close to Navy Stadium and good parking on the street. We did a mix of ubering and driving.

It’s a pleasant little apartment with everything we needed. The location is close to all events in Annapolis. We only met one hostess, and she was so gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Delightful stay, perfect for Navy Stadium, downtown Annapolis

We were in town for a USNA Class Reunion. The accommodations were perfect with easy access to the stadium and all Annapolis attractions. Rooms were very nice, hosts friendly and communicative. Will stay again if we can.
