Craftsman Bungalow Apartment Near Naval Academy Stadium and Historic District

This 1920's Craftsman style bungalow is 1/2 block from the Naval Academy Stadium and within walking distance of the Historic District. Its close proximity to Baltimore, Washington DC and Maryland's Eastern Shore make it a great location for day tripping. This well appointed bright lower level apartment includes many Craftsman details including a custom quarter sawn oak wine bar and kitchen cabinets. The open floor plan includes a living room and fully equipped galley kitchen with Ice Stone counter tops. The apartment offers a bedroom with a full sized bed, full bath with tub/shower and laundry with washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to share the patio and backyard with the main house. A friendly Beagle and Pug may occasionally greet guests in the backyard.

Outstanding hosts and perfect getaway

Spouse and I were in town for a quick visit and football game. Communication and help were some of the best I’ve experienced. I will definitely be looking to stay here again on any future trip.

Delightful stay, perfect for Navy Stadium, downtown Annapolis

We were in town for a USNA Class Reunion. The accommodations were perfect with easy access to the stadium and all Annapolis attractions. Rooms were very nice, hosts friendly and communicative. Will stay again if we can.

Beautiful apartment in great location

Beautiful apartment, super clean and in a wonderful location to spend time in Annapolis. Owner very responsive and ensured we had a great time while staying there. Would absolutely stay there again.

Cozy little cottage

This charming little apartment was cozy. The garden added to the charm of the property. The location was perfect for exploring Annapolis. There was ample on street parking.

My daughter stayed two nights while visiting her boyfriend at the Naval Academy. She said the place was wonderful and a very convenient location. We plan to book it again!

Lovely bungalow near downtown

A beautifully-renovated basement apartment complete with all amenities. The space is well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely return.

Pleasant bungalow well situated for touring Annapolis

Clean, comfortable, and close to the Academy!

Apartment had everything and it was very clean and comfortable. I also like the location. A quiet calm neighborhood that was in the proximity to the Academy, and especially to the stadium.

Mini Fall Vacation

I really enjoyed my stay in Annapolis. The apartment was walkable to DTA and the Naval Academy. Super close to Navy’s football stadium. Very quiet during the week and ample parking. It was very comfortable and I had everything I needed.
