Just 4 houses from Cape May's bay beach (about a 1-minute walk), Arbor Road is a magical little coastal cottage steps from the best sunsets on the Jersey Shore!
Relax outside on the patio around the fire table, swing in the hammocks, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the water. Take the kayaks out for a sunset cruise, then come back and unwind under the stars.
Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 cozy living spaces, the ability to sleep 5—perfect for spreading out and settling in.
This is the kind of place that makes you want to stay just a little longer.

⚠️ Note: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and place a refundable security hold after booking. This is standard for professionally managed Cape May Vacation Rentals and helps protect both parties. Happy to answer any questions 🙂

We had such a good time staying here! We walked on the beach every morning with our new puppy, made breakfast together in a bery equipped kitchen and slept well each nught in very comfortable beds. I loved the little touches of pet toys, bowls and treats that were there to welcome us as well as the postcard to say hi. Thank you for a great space to make so many good memories!!!

This property is even more beautiful in person. It’s obvious from the moment you walk in that Teresa puts a lot of thought in care into making your stay comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. As others have said, she’s also a great communicator so you can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!

Perfect bayside stay

Wonderful property. Teresa was a great communicator and has made a lovely retreat to visit. All was as promised. Beach access (short walk) and amazing sunsets. Sunroom was a great place to hang out when we were there. Great for traveling with family and pup! It is the perfect size you have everything you need. It was a bit chilly still for our trip. I bet summers there would be incredible. Book it!

Short walk to the bay

It was such a relaxing vacation! Sitting outside or having the windows open and listening to the seagulls and the waves was wonderful.

Spring Break Family Getaway

Fantastic little beach house that our family of 4 truly loved. A very short walk to the beach, beautifully decorated and Teresa was wonderful to coordinate with. We look forward to coming back soon - thank you, Teresa!

Great beach weekend!

We had a great time staying here with our friends and dog. The house was very clean, cute, and comfortable. Having the fenced yard, grill, and fire pit was also lovely. We enjoyed sunsets on the bay less than a block away! We would definitely stay here again.

We were able to walk on the beach every day whether it was seventy degrees on the Thursday or 20 degrees on the Saturday with winds. It is just a beautiful area and this house has been made up with everything a visitor would want. Some places allow dogs, this was welcoming for them. That is so appreciated. Just a beautiful place and area. We would move here once we retire in the next few years. Theresa did such a great job here, maybe we can ask her help. She's the real deal. Great communication and very accommodating. We'd like to come back here in the Winter.

A Cozy Gem

We had a wonderful weekend staying in Teresa's well appointed cottage. It had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was excellent and Teresa was very responsive to all of my questions.

The house was lovely, exactly like the photos on line. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and the quality was not spared. It was about 4 houses from the beach which was amazing, equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart (which was a game changer), and inflatable inner tubes, another game changer given the heatwave we had when there! Sadly it was too hot to enjoy the back patio, and though it had its own split AC unit, the sunroom was pretty warm until about 6pm. Teresa was completely transparent about that, and really this was no one’s fault except for Mother Nature!!! The only other negative was that the outside shower didn’t work when we were there. All in all, we had a great weekend!We paid top dollar, (most likely because it was Fourth of July weekend and I booked so late), and though the house was great, I wouldn’t book again for that reason.

Great Visit

This rental had great style with everything you could possibly need and more. There was just enough space for my husband, mom and 2 kids and I. The unit is small but it feels very large with each space decorated to separate different areas. We enjoyed the very short walk to the bay beach with our dog to see the sunsets. Villas is a nice quiet area but isn't too far from the Cape May beaches, shopping and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and would love to visit again.

Perfect getaway

The location of the house was amazing. Quiet neighborhood which was great for early morning and late night walks. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The house was better than expected. A lot more room than the pictures made it seem. My favorite had to be the sunroom. Big TV made for great entertainment. The backyard was also a treat. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. 5 stars!

Amazing Beach House

Can't say enough good things about our stay! The house is even better than the description. Super clean, lots of extra little touches like chocolates on the bed. Teresa let us know we could actually check in a little early and was also very generous with checking out. We really had no reason to contact her during our stay(everything was perfect) but im sure if we had needed anything she would have responded quickly. She has turned her cottage into a true gem with an awesome location so close to the beach. We will definitely come back in the future and hope that everyone who has the pleasure of staying in the future enjoys and appreciates it as much as we did!
