Diseñada en un relajado estilo Coastal Contemporary, la casa es luminosa, amplia y llena de luz natural. El diseño abierto conecta perfectamente la sala, el comedor y la cocina, creando un espacio ideal para reunirse en familia. El comedor tiene capacidad para ocho personas y se integra con una moderna cocina equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y una gran isla tipo waterfall con asientos adicionales.

La cocina totalmente equipada incluye cubiertos de diseñador, utensilios de cocina, cristalería y todos los electrodomésticos que puedas necesitar, ya sea para preparar un desayuno rápido antes de ir a la playa o disfrutar de una cena relajada en casa.

Cuenta con una cama king-size con colchón y ropa de cama de alta calidad, televisión grande, walk-in closet y un baño estilo spa con doble lavabo y ducha de cristal sin marco. Las puertas corredizas conectan directamente con un patio privado integrado al área de la piscina.

La segunda habitación también cuenta con cama king-size, walk-in closet, área de descanso y acceso directo a la piscina, haciéndola sentir como una segunda suite principal.

We enjoyed ourselves during the week of Christmas. What a great location, short distance to Siesta key and easy to see family in Sarasota/ Bradenton! The house had absolutely everything we needed, just like home. We relaxed so well and slept very very well in the comfortable beds. What a fabulous property - we will be back! This rental is the perfect stay and getaway. The hosts have thought of every essential and need to have while you enjoy your stay. From the amazing outdoor space to the beautiful inside layout as well as decor. There wasn’t one extra thing we had to pick up or stock because they have it all covered. Truly a great experience and will continue to rent when in town.

Absolutely beautiful place

The Blue Heron ranch is absolutely stunning. So clean and beautifully decorated. The host was easy to work with and so was Adam the property manager was excellent to work with as well. We definitely recommend staying here as it close shopping, beaches & restaurants

Great Time

We stayed at the property from 5/22 to 5/29 and had a great time. There were 5 of us - 4 adults and one 3 year old. The pool and the backyard was a great place to relax and enjoy time together. Everything you could possibly need was at the house. Would stay there again.

My daughter was in the US Rowing National finals. We required, excellent sleep, a close proximity to the venue, the ability to make clean food, and relax in peace and quiet in the down times. The beds, linens, black-out curtains, absolute cleanliness, saltwater pool, a bathtub for mineral soaks, and peaceful location were all perfect. We hope to be back next year. Thank you for making everything so amazing for our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing

The hosts were very easy to work with, responded to all questions promptly. The house is next to Legacy trail, perfect for walks, running and biking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Loved hanging out at the pool all week! We would definitely come back again!

I can’t say enough positive things about this house or our experience. The house was so comfortable, so much attention to detail, so well stocked. Beds were really comfortable. Master suite has huge TV, beautifully decorated, great bathroom and on opposite side of the house as the other rooms. Backyard and pool were like a spa experience. Host and property manager are super responsive. We come to Sarasota 3-4 times a year, this is one of the better homes we’ve stayed at. Great location too!

Boutique Resort

Every detail of this house inside and out is beautiful! The backyard feels like you are staying at a boutique resort that you get all to yourself. Great location to beaches and all that Sarasota and the surrounding areas have to offer. There is also a bike/walking trail behind the house for early morning walks. Very clear communication with the owner and great welcome book full of great recs for your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is perfect. Pictures of outdoor space do not do justice. Such a beautiful property and has everything stocked and ready for you to just show up with your suitcase. The property manager is amazing with communication and everything was well explained and ready for our family. Found our new favorite Sarasota spot for when we visit

Fun friends' week

We enjoyed a week at BHR getting some sun and visiting local friends! The house was cute and immaculate, the yard/pool area were beautiful, and the kitchen/BBQ were great and well equipped. It was a wonderful home, well/centrally located, in an older, less cookie-cutter SRQ neighborhood. Communication with property owners was smooth, and we had great fun. Would stay there again if we're in Sarasota. My only (very) minor quibble is that the pool temp was pretty warm for July heat, but even that was improved by one afternoon of Florida summer rains. Otherwise it was terrific!

What a Terrific Stay!

We stayed at this property for almost 4 weeks and had a terrific experience! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the home overall just had a chill vacation feel. The backyard was beautiful! We spent a majority of our time in the heated pool and running around with our kids in the back yard. The Legacy Trail right behind the house should definitely be mentioned! A freshly paved trail that was perfect to take our 2 kids on walks. Centrally located to plenty of places to eat and only 20-25 minutes to Siesta Key beach. Any issues that arose were taken care of promptly by the property manager. He was quick to respond to anything we needed, which I consider very important. Memories were made at this home! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Love the blue heron!

We loved our stay at the blue heron! I am super picky and was pleased with the cleanliness and layout and the house is truly as beautiful as the pictures. All the spaces were so thoughtfully designed. Kitchen was easy to use and we loved all the doors leading out to the pool. Adam, the property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt in getting us anything we needed. The only thing different from the pictures is there are only 2 lounge chairs by the pool, instead of the 4 we were expecting. Still plenty of hang out space outside. Our only complaint is the neighbor’s tree that hangs over the pergola and outdoor couches was literally dropping junk all day long. I would clear them off to use and 5 minutes later they were covered again. Nothing you can do, but we didn’t use those spaces a ton because of that. I cooked a lot and a couple medium size serving/mixing bowls and more silverware would be helpful. We would have loved to stay longer, would definitely go back and highly recommend!

This home sets the standard

I don't write reviews for the places that we stay, because we stay at so many. Yet, I am compelled to write about this rental. My wife and I sold our home in November and set out with our children. We have no end date and are staying a month at a time in different locations around the US. (Road school!) Blue Heron Ranch is one of the best places that we have stayed in our eight years of using rental properties. The house has been completely redone tastefully. It provides a fresh, light and very comfortable home with all amenities needed. Then, there is the pool and back yard. It is a wonderful resort all its own. The location is convenient to all needs and is a 20 minute or less drive to the beaches. Skip the congestion on the islands and go there when you wish. Then, return to this wonderful oasis in a quiet neighborhood. A coming plus is that the nearby extension of the Legacy Trail is being completed soon, with access just two minutes away. This will give the opportunity for miles of walking, running and cycling. Did I say 10 out of 10? I am even not a friend or relative of the owner! If they continue to keep the home fresh and maintained as it is now it will be a great destination for all far into the future. Wish we could hitch the property to the back of our car and take it with us. Well done! David

Resort Home Comfort

We rented the house for two months, January and February. On arrival (New Years Eve) we found a bottle of Cava on the counter with two champagne glasses. This was a wonderful welcoming touch. We have a lot of good things to say about Blue Heron Ranch and would highly recommend it to others. The site managers are very responsive – literally they are there in an instant if anything needs to be addressed. House is as advertised- well appointed, well supplied- especially the kitchen. If you love to cook they essentially have everything you are likely to use/need including a knife sharpener, microplane grater, etc. Great pans, nice dishes (Crate and Barrel) nice glassware, and wine glasses, and three corkscrews. The Wifi was fast enough and the TVs are both smart TVs. The beds are comfortable with nice sheets. In the garage there are chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for the beach. In addition, a lot of inflatables/floaters for the pool. The pool is heated and is cleaned once a week by the pool maintenance service. The backyard is a perfect place to relax with many wonderful seating areas and lounge chairs, and a large teak dining table. The grill was replaced while we were here and the new grill is a Cadillac. There are also separate utensils for the grill and outdoor glasses/plates/bowls (plastic) to avoid getting glass by the pool. The house is just next to the Legacy Trail- great for walking, running or biking (bring your own bikes and helmets). We were so pleased with the property, the management and the location that we made a booking for next year.

Blue Heron Home is a slice of Heaven on Earth. I can truly say I have never stayed at as beautiful and peaceful VRBO in my life. The home is bathed in pure peace, comfort, and beauty. The home is spotless and the location is perfection as it is close to all the finest beaches Sarasota has to offer. The backyard oasis retreat lends itself to tranquility at any hour of the day and in the backdrop is a canopy of gorgeous oaks in the surrounding neighborhoods that provide shelter to gorgeous birds in the vicinity. The hosts were always ready to assist, faster than any landlord I have ever encountered, and always with great comfort and grace to a weary or relaxed traveler. They left a brochure that explains clearly how everything works and everything worked well. Within the first day I began encouraging all my close friends to check out the Blue Heron and book their next vacation in this lovely home away from home. The beds and pillows are also so very very delightful and the showers are so relaxing. The backyard pool is gorgeous and rejuvenating to swim around in! Don't delay! Book NOW!!!

Perfect Property!

Property is exactly as advertised!! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable! Excellent outdoor patio and pool….great bike trail walking distance and a short drive to beaches and restaurants! Relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood! We loved everything about our stay at Blue Heron Ranch!

Perfect for our needs

We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The property managers are great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a group of our Project Management team, in response to Hurricane Ian.
