Beautiful condo across from Loon! Clean and updated.

PLEASE READ before requesting to rent.

Thank you for taking a look at our condo. Regardless of season, we expect that you will have a great time in the area and resting while back at our condo. The condo is our personal vacation home. As such we are seeking groups who will treat it as so.

We require a two night minimum stay.
The condo is best suited for 1-2 families or 3-4 couples.
We do not allow pets under any circumstances.
We do not do Winter Seasonal rentals.

Updated 3 Bedroom (sleeps 9 in beds) Townhouse/Condo across the street from Loon Mountain. All new bedding and many décor updates. This unit has it all and is right in the heart of all that the area has to offer. Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Foliage, Festivals..etc.

February vacation

We had a great time at the condo! Great for two families with kids ranging from 4 to 18, and really enjoyed the bus to the mountain. Super convenient for skiing.

Beautiful Condo

Family ski weekend: Condo was well appointed, large with 3 levels, lots of windows and a great view! The fireplace was lovley after a long day of skiing. Located about 3 minites from Loon. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Mud room for all the ski equiptment, very clean!. Plan on returning next year! Thanks Sam!!

Great Place!

Very clean and incredibly comfortable! Very close to everything in Lincoln. Great communication with the owner. Could not have asked for a better experience! My family loved it! Would absolutely go back!

Perfect location, great stay!

What a fabulous stay. Owner was very attentive, able to tell us if the place was ready early. Clean place, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Comfy beds, kids especially loved the bunk room. We will definitely be back again soon! Thank you!

Great Condo!

This was a great condo in perfect location for us! We were a small group of 6 women and this condo fit us perfectly! The owner was easy to reach with questions and the property was very clean and well stocked!

Great location

The property was minutes from Loon. Very clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Was great for 4 kids and 3 adults. Would def rent here again.

Perfect!

Great location for a weekend at Loon with door to door shuttle service. The layout was perfect for our 2 families to spread out. Had everything we needed. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Great ski vacation with family!

The condo was perfect for our family ski getaway! It was impeccably clean and even more beautiful in person. The condo is located very close to Loon Ski Mountain and easily accessible via the shuttle that stops right outside the door! Say hi to Betty the shuttle driver for us - she is a gem : ) Sam the owner was very communicative and a fantastic host.

Great condo, well equipped, plenty of space and fantastic location

This is a great and very spacious condo. My kids absolutely loved it. Host had great communication - we had a an inconvenience when we arrived and Sam was very responsive and did his best to remediate the situation. The house had plenty of board games and it is so conveniently located from the slopes that it made skiing that much easier. Would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful getaway

The experience of renting this condo was excellent from start to finish. The location was great, being right near the center of town but yet tucked away in a quiet development. Sam was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with check in notifications and tips about the condo. The unit was meticulously clean and well supplied. We had a wonderful getaway!

Very comfortable stay!!

We stayed for three nights. Myself, son, and sister to do a day hike, and site see. We enjoyed our stay, had everything you need and more. The condo is stocked with all kinds of cooking tools,.. plenty. The beds are very comfortable, along with linen, and bedding. The condo is located in a quiet area very close to Loon Mountain. Perfect location ..only five minutes down the road to restaurants, Rte 93 gas stations, shopping. We had very good communications with the owner, before our stay.. Would highly recommend. Way better than staying in a hotel room

The condo was great in every way. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Sam was great and easy to communicate with. He said we would love the condo. He was right!

Beautiful home would NOT stay again

The property was beautiful and in an amazing area but, the owner was difficult from beginning to end. The owner took over a day to approve my request to rent due to family friends thinking about heading up for the weekend. Once he finally agreed to rent to my group he then asked for an additional fee to be venmo'd to him for insidentals. I would not agree to the fee outside of the app due to the fact that there was no garentee of the fee being returned to me. I am so happy I made this choice as after we checked out he accused my group of breaking a chair and staining his rug which was completely untrue. I requested photos of the damage and did not receive them. On top of all of this the access code we were provided was not correct and one of my friends was stuck outside until the owner responded . In addition less than 24 hours before check in the owner reached out and asked my group to check out an hour early. I do not believe the owner should be renting as he is extremely difficult to work with. My group and I that rent every year in loon will absolutely never consider his property again.

Great family ski condo at Loon

This a large bright 3 storey "town house" style condo. The beds and bedding are very comfortable in all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is good. The unit is well appointed with a large eating table and a bright comfortable living room. 2 bathrooms one on the lower level and one en suite upstairs. The host is helpful and responsive. Some family members found the wifi a little slow for videocalls. There is ample heat in the unit but it there is a learning curve on how to get the space comfortable. Better outdoor lighting would be helpful and safer for loading/unloading in the dark. These are not at all deal breakers just enhancements.

Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sam’s condo! It was spacious, beautiful, clean, and communicating with him was so easy. We only needed a place to stay for 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. We would gladly rent here again and will recommend it to friends and family!
