Welcome to Casa Oceanica! Our newly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with a walk-in shower offers comfort and privacy. Enjoy your own entrance, free parking, and a cozy room with a queen bed. The suite includes a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, glassware, and mugs. It’s like home while you’re on vacation. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, fresh towels, and hand towels. Water bottles, K-cup coffee, creamer, and tea bags are also available. The suite features a 55" flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a comfy seating area. You'll find a full-size closet with hangers, iron & board, steamer, extra pillows, plus beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

The property was beautifully decorated and lovely to stay at. The entrance and yard was attractively landscaped and welcoming. They thought of everything that a traveler would need and provided so many extra amenities. The location was perfectly located to access beaches, attractions, and shopping. I strongly recommend staying here.

Delightful Place To Stay

This place is spacious, private, modern, in a great neighborhood and CLEAN. It's stocked with an abundance of amenities! It was easy to communicate with the host. We will definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in Sarasota.

Beach house

This is our second time staying at this property. It is so well stocked and clean and comfortable. Works so well for my husband and myself. You will not be disappointed.

Peaceful perfection

The property is in a nice residential area close to all facilities. The decor & property are beautiful and it felt so homely. We loved our stay, relaxing, charming, excellent facilities.

Magical Stay

I was completely blown away by not only the property, but also with the property manager. She was so nice and she made sure my spouse and I had the best experience we could possibly have. I recommend her and her property to anyone else!!

Siesta key cottage

Place was beautiful. They have everything you need for your stay. Conveniently located to all the beaches. Will return again if we are ever in the area. Beds and pillows are very comfortable . Patio area is large and everything you need for the beach. Would highly recommend this place .

Lovely apartment Siesta Key

Spent Easter weekend in this beautifully decorated studio apartment, with ample kitchen/dining space, good size bath with large glassed in shower. Nice private patio with table and umbrella. This apartment is connected to a lovely home, however there is a private entrance and we never heard anyone. About 10 minute drive to Siesta Key public beach. Fantastic beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Well maintained!!

Every part of this property is well maintained. Clean, efficient, and prepped with those few items often forgot. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Convenient to Sarasota, St. Armand, and Siesta.

Loved this place!

We absolutely love our stayed. The place was beyond clean and the perfect size for the both of us. The decor was perfect and they provided so many amenities. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. The only thing that seemed to differ was Vrbo lists the checkout time as 11 but the email said 10. (This wasn’t an issue as we left well before that but may be helpful for others to know) Less than a 10 minute drive to siesta key and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We even checked out the Sarasota fair which was also just about a 10/15 minute drive. We will 100% be back to stay again. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Cottage

Extremely efficient, beautiful decor, everything you would ever need is provided. Outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. We will stay here again.

Fantastic all around!

This is a phenomenal property in every respect. The decor is awesome - made me feel relaxed and on vacation. Furnishing and fixtures are new and on the upscale side of things. Great shower and bathroom.The host is wonderful - checked in on me and answered questions but gave me space - all you can ask for in a host! Very pleasant and friendly. The space is excellent - no full kitchen if you need one, but I didn't, and the full fridge and microwave, two-person seating area, plus picnicware and condiments is everything a person can need for just a touchdown space. There's a fenced in area with a table and chairs outside the door and space to catch some sun - which I definitely did. Great access to Siesta Key Beach - about 10 minutes or so drive to the public parking. Beach chairs and umbrella, etc. available to use. Easy 30 minute drive to airport and about 15-20 to downtown. I will stay here any time I come to the Sarasota area as long as it is available. Highly recommend!!

Nice suite for a weekend getaway

Very nice place. As described in the listing. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Not far from the beach and different attractions. Will stay here again next time in the area.

Excellent rental

Property was just as described, clean, well appointed and comfortable. We’ll located close to downtown Sarasota (short ride or Uber) and Siesta Key. Quiet neighborhood and very private. Nice sitting areas outside, which we didn’t utilize much as we moved around quite a bit. We would (and may) stay here again if visiting Sarasota.

Restful getaway

Simply amazing!

The unit had everything you could ever need, and then some. It was stocked like a four star hotel. Check-in was super easy and the communication with the owners was very easy. We recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.
