Scotts home was so nice, luxurious, and clean! It was so easy to book through him and he was always quick to respond to any question I had. Also, his property manager was very responsive throughout our stay and was so helpful! Will definitely be staying here again.

This is our second year coming here, and we'll be back again. Great house, easy access to main channel, great dock space. Easy check in, etc. Highly recommend the place.

Great home - able to tie up our ski boat at the rear of the house in the waterway, with quick and easy access to the CO River. Big kitchen, living room and dining area downstairs, and a fun game area upstairs with pool table, table top video game station with tons of old school games and a pinball machine (which unfortunately wasn't working). Great open layout for adults and kids - plenty of room and beds for the 10 of us - a wonderful place to call "home" after hot days on the river!

We will absolutely be staying here again anytime we have a need for lodging in this area, which is often! House is great, communication is stellar. Overall fantastic experience!

Great House on the Keys!

This house is great! Scott and Jean were great and very responsive. We went for a family vacation and there was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Great location and the house has everything you need!

Amazing house! Spacious for 2 families! Really comfortable beds. Loved the giant table! Game room was awesome! Easy access to river through the bridge. The keys were so quiet and beautiful! Great dock also!

Great location, beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our group of 12. Plenty of space and the dock made it all that much better. My only negative comment would be it didn’t have enough bathroom towels but we made do with our boat towels.

Family trip

Weve been renting in the keys for 20+ years and this spot exceeded our expectations. Perfect for big familes. If you have toys, the dock is right next door. We will be back !

Great location in the keys

The house is super nice. Tons of space and beds. Massive living area with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the upstairs game room. The patio was nice to relax on. The location in the keys is perfect, not too far from the river and plenty of dock space. It was nice having a garage to park in too.

Parker July 2023

House was exactly as advertised, with a great common area, downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs. Wish there were a few bedrooms downstairs to make it easier for the older people in our group, but in general, it was a great time. Love the layout of the downstairs house, love the patio and the padded dock. Had a very good time and would love to rent again

Family vacation

This house was perfect. We had multiple adult couples and kids. The layout of the bedrooms are perfect with 2 master bedrooms and the other bedrooms having a joining bathrooms. The living room, dinning and kitchen area is large to accommodate large groups. The kids loved the game room with the pool table and games. I loved that they have board games and cards on site. I would 100% rent this house again.

Best House on The River!

We've stayed in this house over the years and it is by far the best house on the river. All of the rooms are large and comfortable with direct bathroom access, there is a great room so that everyone can be together in one space and a nice patio overlooking the canal to hang out on. We came for Thanksgiving and the house had everything we needed to make a feast. Couldn't have been happier with our home selection.

Great family house!

House was great! For our multiple families with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Easy parking and super close to the trash. Dock was nice with pads. Overall great place to stay in the keys

Perfect house for a large group!

House was absolutely great! Zero complaints! Accommodated 8 teenagers with plenty of room and lots of fun was had! Patrick the house manager was amazing!

Great location

This house was perfect for hosting our group of friends, it was spacious, great fun arcade area for inside entertainment. This location had great accesses directly to the river. We will all stay at this property again!

Beautiful house on the water to host a large group.

We went out there for the weekend with 5 couples. It was so convenient being located on the water with our boats. There was a cool game room on the second floor. We’re looking forward to coming out again!
