Chaplin Park is just a short walk away which features 6 lighted tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball field, basketball courts and playground! Also enjoy shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment at nearby Shelter Cove Town Center (Kroger and Whole Foods).
Singleton Beach is located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Folly Field. It is centrally located to all the island's amenities. The location is superb!


*****The Elevator nor the house are considered ADA compliant. The elevators use is solely considered a convenience use item for things like groceries and luggage. It can be operated and ridden by adults only and at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if elevator fee is paid it does not guarantee guest use. Although we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking, this is a house with multiplelevels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs this property may not be a good fit for you.
